I started coming to this Blue Mercury location after I moved to Yonkers a few years ago and every time I've visited the vibe has been so amazing. Every associate at this location has been so kind and helpful. The ladies and gentlemen at the store have introduced me to new brands that i absolutely love, as well as let me know about all the specials and events they have at the Bronxville location. One associate in particular, Karen, has always been so warm and welcoming. She made my first visit at the store so memorable that I've become a regular. Nice store with a great range of skincare products. Definitely high end products, so not for those on a tight budget. The older female associates are very nice, knowledgeable and extremely personable. However, the younger female staff are lacking the warmth of personality! In my opinion, they appear to be devoid of any social skills. They are adequate at giving advice on skincare, but don't expect any light hearted social interaction because it not going to happen. Management would be well advised in counselling/training these girls on how to interact with customers. Especially, when big sums of money are being spent! read more

I ordered client gifts that had to be shipped from several locations. The manager , Thomas was very helpful and coordinated everything, seamlessly. The salesperson in the store was also great. Ruby is fantastic. I live locally and shop here for my regular products. While I was there for my annual Xmas stock, I spoke to Ruby about my extra dry skin & mentioned I was unhappy with a prior purchase. She kindly listened, understood & suggested I bring it in so that she could see what wasn't working for me, how great is that! Upon my return, she applied a few products to my face and within 5 minutes I felt the difference in the way I looked, and was overwhelmed at the amount of compliments I received about my skin that evening. I went into Bluemercury Bronxville yesterday for a trial appointment (which I booked), and was blown away by how rude the manager of the store Jennifer could be. She started giving be an extremely nasty tone and started telling me that they do not do trial appointments when I had made an appointment earlier for one. She told me "Why would we do trials, we're all professional makeup artists" (basically yelling). Well I have news for you, if you were really a professional makeup artists you would know what a trial is (I had to explain it to her), not to mention the poorly done makeup she was wearing. I simply cannot believe that I made a bilateral contract with a so I thought "reputable" company that was not a voidable agreement. I was left screwed over and now have no place to get my makeup done having only fours days to find somewhere else. I highly recommend not entering this facility because you will instantly be scrutinized and yelled at. Bluemercury should value customer service a little more. When I found out Jennifer was the manager I was even more outraged because I have never met such an unprofessional manager of a store. Simply Ridiculous. If I was able to give Bluemercury Bronxville 0 stars I would, and if you are considering going most definitely change your mind. read more
