I am extremely disappointed with Laser Away and their consistently poor customer service…read more From the very beginning, I've encountered countless scheduling and system issues that have made it impossible to move forward with my treatment confidently. At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

I chose BWS because of its high reviews and literally took the first appointment available because I was quickly transforming into the Tin (Wo)Man. I entered the super cute waiting room and hobbled to the couch. The door opened and out walks Erin, complete with halo who summons me into the room. I stiffly pointed to what was bothering me and she got to work. Erin's talent truly defines the word "body work". She broke me and put me back together and was so intuitive, finding knots I didn't even know I had. Her entire presence is extraordinarily calming and peaceful. If you, too, would like a full body reset and perhaps would like to know what it feels like to be a relaxed puddle, be sure to book Erin.
