On both jobs Michael Powell came out, inspected the needed work and provided me with complete repair information, advice and reasonable quotes. On the scheduled days, the workers showed up on time, were extremely courteous, friendly, answered all my questions regarding the work they were doing and cleaned up everyday before they left. I was empress with the two gents that came out to evaluate my roof leak. They were very honest with me about their findings. In other words everything appeared to be good (they checked inside the house and the roof itself for a leak). I requested service anyway. The technician found and repaired the flashing around the chimney. The issue was minor but I'm glad they identified and fix the problem before things got bad. I thought the price was very fair considering the amount of work they did. Overall, thank you for the inspection and repair team for fixing my issue. Hired BlueBuilt to install new gutters, fascia, and crown molding. They removed the old gutters, then planned to leave me without gutters for 5 days. To their credit, they scrambled to get a crew in sooner but had also left a dumpster in my driveway, blocking my garage, and junk in my yard, while I was being told to wait through rainstorms without gutters while other customers take precedent due to "scheduling issues". The dumpster was picked up but the dumpster they brought in was overkill and the removal truck put gashes in my driveway. Additionally, while i was paying for crown molding on the entire house, they initially left out a section that was only later installed (at 6:30am when I woke up to hammering on my bedroom wall) after much pulling of teeth. Also damaged existing soffit the first day, said they would replace, later said they would not, then did replace but scuffed up all of the painted fascia. Brackets for the old downspouts were remove, but the exposed wood was not repainted. I had to ask for these to be repainted and not all of them ever were. They try to do their best but do not have their own gutter crews, did not manage them the crews they had, and did not communicate almost anything to me. Also gave me three different project managers, none of who had much idea of what was going on at any time. Clean up was minimal. I cleaned up dozens of nails in my yard and driveway afterwards with a magnet. read more

My experience began on December 10, 2025, with a free consultation that included a very thorough and detailed cost estimate. From that initial meeting to the actual repair day, the staff was impressively professional. Both the gentleman who performed the consultation and the technician who handled the repairs were courteous and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. Their inspector had this Ai software that reproduced my roofs architecture on their iPad in seconds from the photos they took of my house exterior. These guys are through, They gave me photos inside and out. They sold me on replacing my old awnings/soffits with maintenance free vinyl awnings including facia board protectors that will increase the air flow through my ridge vents keeping the house cooler and the attic dry. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and they guarantee their workmanship for 10 years. read more

We hired BlueBuilt to finish our home renovations - replacing siding and painted the whole house - which was abandoned by previous contractor. From the get-go, BlueBuilt reps - Dalberto - had shown a great service quality by listening to our situation and more importantly offering us a contract with very competitive pricing. During the project, their staff were very committed to working extra hours to meet the deadline. The project leader - Christian - was very helpful on identifying the uncovered issues and explained to us what they need and how they were going to fix the issue. During the walkthrough, we identified some minor issues and Tyler - the founder of the Company - was there so we could show us these minor issues and BlueBuilt sent their staff back to fix the issue. The reason we hired this company was to keep my husband off a ladder and to have no stress. Pay for the work. Also thought dealing with a local company would do honest work. A quote of a 4 hour job took over 16 hours! (Friday was 8 am to 8 pm; Friday was 9 am to 1 pm). I saw the reviews that others had complaints like we just had, but got the work done hoping this company would learn from mistakes and issues. We are not happy that a subcontractor was used. That should have been explained and I'm sure we paid higher than if we had found that subcontractor. We should have had a discount for all my husband's job on Friday (11 hours) of being the onsite manager. He had other things he needed to do but quickly was not trusting the subcontractors since they didn't get any communication on what job was to be done. Instead he was calling multiple people and getting empty promises about having an onsite manager. read more

Roofing Pups has horrible customer service and their front office does not know what is going on with their subcontractors. Their communication is terrible and you have to actively follow up with them for anything. The one positive thing i will say was that the work was eventually completed, but it certainly wasn't without a lot of stress and lost sleep on my end, and it wasn't nearly on time. I was deeply disappointed with my experience and wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. read more
