Not satisfied at all with there service. .After bringing my dog to orientation I'm told he did great we only had one issue and it was with a dog that bullies all of them we have to keep him separate from the rest.. so after being told this and continuing to bring my dog. .everyday I pick him up heard about how good he did our how much fun he had our how funny he was... One day go to pick up my dog sarge and I was told he had gotten into a fight with the dog that they have problems with. The other dog ends up biting a staff member. .so why they would put a "bully" in their terms that had already had an issue with my dog isn't a intelligent decision. .so why that was done who knows poor communication bag management whatever the reason it happened.. so next time go to bring my dog 3 days later I'm told he is no longer allowed to be there.. that he has always been a pest and picked on dogs..I'm sorry but i take this same dog they are talking about to public dog parks with 20 to 30 dogs of all types of breeds all the time he had no problems and avoids confrontation. .If dogs begin to fight or growl he runs. .not saying he didn't get into fight they caged him up with a dog that has already had issues with him.. so for my dog and the other people dog to get kicked out on their ignorance was beyond my belief.. These dogs play all day with other dogs all the time..These people knew the other dog didn't like mine..The owner of other dog even said dunno why but he does not like other german sheps.... do not and will not recommend this place it is run with poor management nobody wants to take responsibility everybody points the finger down the line... There are plenty of other dog day care with better operations. .. read more

worst place ever... pricing is horrible...i went there a couple moths back for a vacation and they charged me up the wall. And what if i don't want my dog playing with other peoples dogs? that could have some serious concequences!! Do these people not think?? And I really do wonder how they clean their facility because there is no drain from what i saw inside the actual kennel...so they just mop it???? And what about the dog before that? Shouldn't u scrub the whole thing down to make it sure-fire CLEAN? My Dog got sick and I know she was fine before she went in. She's not a tiny thing, but not big either... I'm just pissed that she got banged around by all of the tougher dogs... And supposably there is someone to watch all this...but yet to break up a fight is dangerous for the attendant and they won't butt in in fears of the employee being bit....REALLY? Come-on now, People, think twice...I strongly suggest u think about WHO u let take care of our dogs... read more

This is a great place to bring your pets! I've been bringing my 2 dogs here since last fall for the "2 for Tuesday" special. They love to come to play camp, and just get all excited when I'm driving off the exit ramp at Selma, all the way until I drive under the carport. By that time, the car is rocking, and the dogs are vocalizing at the top of their lungs! They fly out of the backseat and into the building, ready for meeting and greeting new doggy friends, and for bouncing all around the staff. I check on them with the Webcams, and never see anything that makes me think that they're getting anything but the best of care. All of the staff are friendly and the facility is always clean. If you haven't been here yet, definitely make a point of bringing your pets for the day. You won't be sorry! read more

This is an A+ establishment. I have taken my pup here since he was, well, a pup! I trusted them with my young (high-energy) border collie since he was just months old. The staff is great, the facilities are amazing, and my dog LOVES them. Doggie daycare is the best solution if you have a dog that gets bored while you're at work. The staff care about your animals, and you can trust them to do the right thing. I now live three hours away and will drive out of my way while going on vacation just to have the piece of mind that my baby is staying here. I will not take him anywhere else, and I recommend it to anyone. The classes are also great--they have all necessary agility equipment and the instructors know their stuff. I can't say enough about how great Blue Bonnet is! read more

We have used Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit on 3 occasions in the past years. Service was very good, though the last time, I had a few issues with regard to instructions not being followed that I had given for my 5 pets. I spoke the Regional Manager of Destination Pets, for South Texas, Naketta Rogers. He listened, understood, and solved the issue I had, and told me of all the plans for upgrading the location, as well as, his plans to have employees on the same page, as the Pet Parent. Naketta's service gave me the confidence to continue to use Bunk'n Biscuit in the future, and have no qualms about using them again. Thank you Naketta for your outstanding service to Destination Pets!!!! read more

Our dog has been attending Bunk'n Biscuit's wonderful daycare program since she was a puppy. Upon arriving, her wagging tail and happy whining is the only indication we need to know just how much Oreo enjoys her weekly playtime! We have also entrusted Bunk'n Biscuit on several occasions with caring for our dog while on vacation. The suite option and live camera allows us to check in on her periodically throughout her stay. We are always pleased in the manner in which Oreo receives lots of TLC from her caregivers both in daycare and overnight visits! Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit is a place we feel truly fortunate to have as a vital part of our dog's well-being! read more

I have known Cathy and Phillip's pet sitting service for over 10 yrs and there is no one better to take care of your animal family. I was so happy when they opened up the Bunk N Biscuit since we have a new doggie in our family - there is not a better place for our "Gus" to go have fun or be taken care of when we leave town. Cathy and her staff go way beyond just caring for your animals as a business, they trully all care. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and treat you as if you are family. I can't say enough good things about them other than go try them yourself. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us. read more

We had to board our 2 puppies only a week after our youngest, Lilo, had TPLO surgery. The team, from the first call, were patient, nice, empathetic to our situation and reassuring that boarding her would not be an issue. The team went above and beyond by moving her to the closest kennel for easy access to go potty. They leashed her and kept her off her leg as much as possible and they ensured Archer, our second pup, received the attention and playtime he needed as well. Communication throughout their boarding was exceptional. I am grateful that we live near their facility. They treat your pet like their own. read more

They won't let me come to their facility because they don't have the staff that can handle me. I was excited about going, but I guess I was too excited because they called my mom and told her I wasn't welcome to come on the days she had already booked. The staff was rude and they don't really care about furry family members. They were unsafe with me and had me outside with just my collar. My mom told them I have to be harnessed. I could have slipped out and made a dash for the open gate of the facility. If you love your furry family, find a place that loves us too. Trust me it's not this bunk of biscuits! read more

Lucy loooooooves Bunk 'n Biscuit!! Literally LOVES her days here. So much so that she shakes with excitement as soon as we pull in the parking lot - wanting nothing more to do with Mom! Haha. That along speaks volumes to me! The staff are friendly, empathetic and communicative - and clearly love their jobs and all the pups as if they were their own. Again, it clearly shows when every dog and staff member walk out with smiles at the end of the day. Beyond that, Lucy is a pooped puppy when she gets home!! Thus, we all get to relax together at the day's end. Fairly priced + happy dog = PRICELESS. read more

I am one that's very picky about where I take my dog and who I let take care of my dog so you can rely on me when I inform you that this is the place for your pet. From day one in 2012 I knew this was the place for her. She gets all the attention she wants and the safety and concern from them that I would give her myself. Should she have any issues, the staff is always quick to call me and let me know what has occurred. You will be hard pressed to find any other location that cares for all animals like this place does. read more

I've been using Bluebonnet Bunk'n Biscuit for almost three years for daycare and boarding. My dog gets excited when she sees a Bunk Leader coming toward the car to get her and is a happy, tired dog at the end of the day. She is well cared for when I have to go out of town with all of my directions and requests followed. The Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The daycare and boarding areas are clean and tidy. They work diligently to make sure my pup is happy and I'm happy. I'll not go anywhere else. read more

We take our dog Bear Cub to Doggie Daycare and we have also boarded him a number of times. Since Bear is an only dog, he loves to go and see his buddies there. I was very nervous the first time we boarded him, but being able to see him by web cam was great and what sold me was that he gets the benefits of participating in doggie day care while boarding. The staff is absolutely the best and they really care about and take great care of Bear when he is there. Wouldn't take him any other place. read more

We have been going there for years after we decided Camp Bow Wow was just too far to travel, Deja, Samantha, Jennifer and all the staff Warren the college girls who work there in the summer, all these people including the twins are exceptional in the way they handle our Dog children and the way they treat us.......We are grateful for these people and have peace of mind when we leave them in the care of the Bunk'n Biscuit staff. We love you all !!!!!!!!!!! Michael & Stella Militana read more

I have taken my grand puppies for as long as they have been in our family. Not only do we love here, so do they. They offer so much space for the to play with the small dogs. They also enjoy their baths there as well. The staff is simply amazing and always greet each customer with a beautiful smile. If you want to take your fur baby to a doggie daycare, I highly recommend Bluebonnet Bunk'N Biscuit. Thank you all for your support and services. A.Warren read more

Love Bunk'n Biscuit for my Ginger! They have a great team that are wonderful with the dogs and they truly care about them too! they also have so many activities for the dog. I absolutely love Bluebonnet Bunk' N Biscuit!!! Every single member of the staff from our tour of the facility until now has been amazing!!!
