We walk in about 10:15 and since it's his first time, I assume there's paperwork and I need to send his shot records. The first thing out of her mouth is "We cant take him. There's no kennel space." I explain why I'm there and why we showed early. I explain I have an appointment I need to go to and she tells us while with every bit the smart attitude you'd expect from she/them (that's on the appointment reminder), "Well that's why we tell you guys to make it at a time you can show up because I'm fully booked." Ok. So you assume in the next 20 minutes that everybody will show up and pick up their dogs on time? And you guarantee that you'll magically have the space for my old 11lb dog? Pull the video. We took a six week class which I felt was helpful, but he did need some basic obedience and we enrolled in that class. They taught us how to train our dog to sit , stay, wait ,place as well as learning how to go to his designated space for down and settle. I felt the instructors were excellent. I can't remember all their names, but Fab was excellent. when Rudy graduated from his class, he got a certificate and had a graduation picture taken. Right now I feel that I need to work on these basics before I enroll him in intermediate class, but when he's ready, I will definitely go back.

It's important to know they put the dog's health and safety first. You won't see untrained kids herding dogs around in a big nervous pack. Today, 5/8/2026, was not a good day for Rocky at BnB. I really feel the staff fell short on their…read moreresponsibilities from start to finish. Rocky, had an appointment to get a bath, and told her he might need nails clipped. I explained that he needed no clipping/cutting, and that there was only a patch of white on his rump that needed a few strands of black hair cut. Apparently, she didn't relay this and I received a text asking if he needed any clipping/cutting. The last time I had Rocky "groomed" there, with the same instructions, there were no issues. Also, when we had him "groomed" the last time we were told that daycare cost was less when grooming was involved. My bill on this occasion was @ $30 more (charged full price for daycare and @$58 for the bath/nail trim?, and cutting a few strands of hair). I'll be asking for price beforehand if we go through this again. What was more upsetting, is when we got home and found that Rocky was not given his packet of food, or treats or any of his dry food - he was there from @9am until @430pm. I called, and the reason I was given was there was nothing in the food bin(???). I handed Rocky's bag to the receptionist, and told her his food was in there (she even asked if it needed refrigeration). She obviously just threw it in a bin under the desk, and/or nobody bothered to check for his food. Needless to say he got home and went straight to his food dish. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

When my husband came home with Amelia I was told this. I then called and was told ¨Oh yeah she had a couple treats and because YOU bring food that needs to be kept cool we forgot to feed her¨ For three years we have fed her Fresh Pet when we bring her to day care. This totally throws off her feeding for the day. She cannot eat after 7:00pm for she takes Oral Vet for dental and cannot eat after taking this. I was also told ¨well our Mang. knows this¨ Next day care day I told them she is going for free since YOU did NOT provide her basic needs.

Stephanie came to our house to do a training session with our newly-rescued 5yo Border Collie mix…read more We told her that he was as sweet as could be with our family, but had issues greeting guests, walking, meeting dogs, passing bikes, passing cars, and mouthing/nipping when he played. She quickly identified that he was incredibly food-motivated, and training began! We have been implementing every technique she demonstrated to us over the past two months. I can happily say that we have seen incredible improvement in our dog. He no longer lunges and barks at dogs and cars. Instead, he sits and waits for his treat (hot dog) until they pass. He responds remarkably well to "leave it" after using the training she showed us. Stephanie came incredibly prepared with her own treats and even another dog in the car! She spent a good amount of time with us, and only left when we were comfortable with the training techniques and listened to all of our questions for quite a while. He is greeting guests better and better every day and we now go on relaxing, virtually pull-free walks twice a day. This is a fantastic value for the quality of training.

Hey, I was recently advised to put down my aggressive dog, but the vet didn't even see my dog or…read moreask any questions. While he has bitten people before, I didn't want to do something that drastic without getting some outside help. So, I called Marcus and ... long story short, after just maybe 30-40 mins, I am fully confident I'll won't have to put down my dog. He was just fearful and aggression was a strategy.
