Went by this horrible animal torture shop again today and OMG, this place is the worst! The pot head fish guy told me he wouldn't sell me a baby coy because I was going to put it in a 36 gallon tank until it was large enough to put in my pond... what an idiot. no one in there right mind put a baby coy in anything but a small grow tank. I couldn't believe he actually said No I can't sell you this fish if your going to put it in a 36 gallon tank, but he did. And the reason I couldn't believe it is because they had 40 of them in a 10 gallon tank... WTF. And he was so stoned that I really don't think that he even understood that this is my growth tank. And the little pudgy manager stuck up for him and at first I didn't understand why until she got up in my face telling me that I had to have a 300 gallon tank to put this one baby coy in before they would sell it to me and her breath smelled like straight marijuanna... But it's all gpod! I went to Polly's Pets and they are on the up and up! Listened to me, understood what I was trying to do and gave 2 butterfly coy for less than the price of one at this horribly smelly anim death trap on angora prkw... Oh and I took some photos that anyone interested in shopping at this place might be interested in!

Been through the beginning and now in the middle of intermediate doggie training here at Petsmart. Eco the Newfoundland is the lead trainer here....oops I mean his human Jenny is the lead trainer. Eco likes to help out in classes by being the biggest calmest goofball you have ever met. I know this helped my socially anxious corgi calm down. Eco was the perfect social host, allowing my dog to get close and sniff without batting an eyelash. Suffice to say that my corgi now loves coming to doggie training class and lets new people talk to him without hiding behind mom. Or maybe he just likes getting copious amounts of treats every class.... anywho....definitely two paws up for Petsmart Training!!

Rocky, had an appointment to get a bath, and told her he might need nails clipped. I explained that he needed no clipping/cutting, and that there was only a patch of white on his rump that needed a few strands of black hair cut. Apparently, she didn't relay this and I received a text asking if he needed any clipping/cutting. The last time I had Rocky "groomed" there, with the same instructions, there were no issues. Also, when we had him "groomed" the last time we were told that daycare cost was less when grooming was involved. My bill on this occasion was @ $30 more (charged full price for daycare and @$58 for the bath/nail trim?, and cutting a few strands of hair). I'll be asking for price beforehand if we go through this again. What was more upsetting, is when we got home and found that Rocky was not given his packet of food, or treats or any of his dry food - he was there from @9am until @430pm. I called, and the reason I was given was there was nothing in the food bin(???). I handed Rocky's bag to the receptionist, and told her his food was in there (she even asked if it needed refrigeration). She obviously just threw it in a bin under the desk, and/or nobody bothered to check for his food. Needless to say he got home and went straight to his food dish. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

We were excited when this grooming salon opened next to our neighborhood. We have a standard…read morepoodle, and poodles require groomers with specific experience. Our first appointment was with the owner, and the cut turned out very well-more like a German cut. However, she didn't pluck his ears and told us our dog "doesn't like it." That was strange, because plucking is an important part of poodle grooming to prevent infections. Even if he doesn't like it, his ears need to be cleaned. For the second appointment, the owner was absent for several weeks, so another groomer handled our dog. He came back with an excellent summer cut. A few weeks later, I called and specifically asked for the second groomer. The owner insisted she had groomed him herself and repeatedly talked over me. She scheduled the appointment with herself again. I guess she did not knew, that in the time she wasn't in the shop our dog was groomed by someone else. When my husband picked up our dog, we were very unhappy--the dog only had a light trim instead of a proper short summer cut, no clean face/feet, and once again no ear plucking. On top of that, the price was higher than the first two visits. Because his fur was already long and grew faster, I scheduled another appointment very soon and again requested the second groomer. The owner didn't like that and asked who it was, but we genuinely didn't know. We kept the appointment without knowing who would groom him. Unfortunately, the result was the worst so far. His body had an uneven short cut, but still not a summer cut. Long sections were left behind the knee joints, the neck was extremely long and fluffy compared to the body, and the whole cut looked like two different people worked on him with no coordination. The most shocking part was discovering a large shaved square patch on one side of his belly. It honestly broke my heart. I immediately called and sent photos. The owner apologized and asked us to bring him back to "fix it," but how do you fix a shaved patch? We declined. There was no offer of compensation, and despite paying extra each time, they never plucked his ears once--even though it's included in the service. They also happily accepted generous tips each visit. After two very bad experiences, we debated whether to return to our old groomer or give this place one last chance because of the convenient location and the first two times. We decided to try one more time and scheduled an appointment with a note asking them to call us beforehand so we could confirm who would groom him. Instead, they simply declined the appointment and refused service because we had complained about the last two grooms. Refusing a customer after the business made repeated mistakes is not only unprofessional--it's arrogant. The groomers always looked unhappy and stressed, and the atmosphere was nothing like other salons we've used. The last grooming was a huge red flag, and we're grateful we saw the true face of this business before more damage was done. I'm posting pictures as proof of my words.
