This was my first time using Zoom N Groom. Paul arrived at my house and was extremely nice, you could immediately tell that he is passionate about his job. He proceeded to connect his mobile grooming station to my outside water and power source. He got down to my dogs level to ensure she was comfortable with him. He took one dog at a time and it took about 45 minutes each for the groom. Both dogs came back to the house smelling good and their coats were soooo soft. They are good with communicating when they will arrive and once they arrive, they are pleasant and skilled in their initial consultation. 5 stars plus Paul is the dog whisperer. We have 3 fussy like 10 pounders and a 100 pound Lab. All are rescues, so they come with a past. One of the small dogs is a nipper, not with Paul, my husband and I are amazed. The Lab, is crippled, right paw is missing, so he hobbles. Got his first bath with Paul, Lab was very at ease, no problems. Paul also has to entertain a doating Mom while the Lab got his bath. These guys are the best. read more

Rebecca was so great! She fit us in super last minute before Christmas. I've taken Bones (my schnoodle) to a groomer a couple of times and he would be there for at least 6 hours just sitting in a kennel. He always seemed so stressed out once I got him back. He's 12-13 years old so I thought I would try something different for him. Best decision ever! Rebecca came to my home, hooked up electrical and water, consultation and then she was off working her magic. Bones has a lot of lumps and bumps which makes him difficult to shave. But she did such a great job! Other groomers always gave him the schnauzer face (which I'm not a fan of because so much hair is left under his chin and when he drinks water he drips all over the house.) but she gave him a close cut all around his muzzle and it's just the best! I would definitely recommend Zoom N Groom if you want the ease of them coming to your home, giving your dog the least stressful grooming experience and if you just want caring people taking care of your four legged family member. Paul did a beautiful job of grooming my pups, an 8 yr old Shih-Pooh and a 13 yr old Mini Schnauzer. The Shih-Pooh has been very ill and the Schnauzer has bone cancer, so changing to a mobile groomer was a must in order to reduce the stress. This really worked out great!! Each took Paul an hour for bath and hair cut, so this was a wonderful experience that is usually very hard on them. This was our first time using Zoom N Groom as our long time groomer has retired. We were all a little nervous trying the out someone new. One of our lil guys gets uneasy at the groomer so Paul was assigned to us, we were told he is great with nervous dogs. I must say Paul did a great job letting both dogs get used to him and handled them with great care. The first time with a new groomer can be difficult to get everyone on the same page as far as coat length and face shape and tail, etc. Paul was amazing and patient to be sure we were happy stating several times "that he can always go shorter but can't glue hair back on." At the end of it all we were very happy with the service and with Paul's attitude, patience and understanding. We will definitely be calling them back out in 2-3 months.
