They were very responsive to all questions and worked with me to make my appointment. They did a great job with my Great Dane.

came to my house. dogs are clean. sent me reminders. good deal. I recommend completely

I needed to find a new groomer after moving from out of state, but had never used a mobile groomer. Paul was very flexible with the parking situation and with my being a few minutes late getting home from work, and it was so nice knowing my dog wasn't locked up in a crate for hours. Paul did a great job with his haircut, it's the best it's ever looked! I'm very happy with how my handsome boy turned out read more

Amazing service. They groomed my great pyrenees, not an easy task at all. They went above and beyond. He returned her looking beautiful and fresh. read more

Our little dude always looks great after his appointments with Paul. Duke hates baths and grooming and he was kicked out of Petsmart for misbehavior. When we tried to groom him ourselves we only got half of him done because he took off and we couldn't get him to sit still again to finish the other half. Thankfully Duke has done a lot of growing up and maturing since then but we still don't try to groom him ourselves. Paul keeps him calm and does an excellent job with his haircuts. We highly recommend this business. read more

This was my first time using Zoom N Groom. Paul arrived at my house and was extremely nice, you could immediately tell that he is passionate about his job. He proceeded to connect his mobile grooming station to my outside water and power source. He got down to my dogs level to ensure she was comfortable with him. He took one dog at a time and it took about 45 minutes each for the groom. Both dogs came back to the house smelling good and their coats were soooo soft. They both look great and their nails are finally short again! Transaction was complete with CC and the prices were reasonable for the two pups. I thank y'all for a wonderful experience. My pups loved it and are prancing around showing off their new cuts! lol read more

We love Zoom N Groom! We have a pretty shy goldendoodle who isn't afraid to hop right up for his turn with Paul. Not all groomers have the patience for doodles, but Paul is amazing with him and Auggie always looks great. Thank you for making grooming such a positive experience for Auggie. read more

My dog is very oversensitive on her feet and it's extremely difficult to cut her nails. Zoom n groom has been so patient in helping get them cut and working with me and our dog. It's very convenient to have them come to my house. In fact with their nice advertising on the new mobile trailers my neighbor and came over and asked for her dogs nails to be cut at the same time. read more

Excellent service with Paul every single time. I refer all my friends to Zoom N Groom. My Otis gets a traditional schnauzer cut and Paul does an amazing job every time! I won't go anywhere else! read more

We love Zoom N Groom! Our dogs get the perfect cuts! We take 3 dogs to them: we have 2 Golden doodles and 1 English Springer Spaniel. We tried someone else for the Goldendoodles but the cuts were for show dogs versus this Texas heat. We live rural and the dogs get to run. Rebecca knew exactly what these dogs needed. She takes time to cut them and make them look good! Our dogs get so hot they need the hair removed. I like the way their hair comes back over time. I feel I get longevity with her cuts! i am glad we found someone that listens and takes into account our lifestyle For the cuts! read more

The best experience I have ever had with a groomer in San Antonio. My dog desperately needed grooming after the freeze. The owner came first the Saturday after the freeze. My dog Jax was treated so well and enjoyed his experience so much he wanted to leave with the owner. The fee was less than I expected and the customer service was top notch. I finally found the perfect groomer for my dog after looking for two years. 5 star rating!!! read more

Both our dogs looked great and smelled amazing! The groomers did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be setting up a standing appointment! read more

Changing my 4 star to a 5 star. Heard back from Rebecca and now have a standing appointment for our pup. Thank you for your excellent follow up. read more

They are amazing an gentle . Especially with dogs that have been injured or mishandled by other groomers.

Zoom and Groom came highly recommended by our neighbors. My husband's back problems prevented him from giving our Penny, 11 yrs with double coat, her summer buzzcut this year. She's never been to a professional groomer. Paul was great! When Penny and I answered the door, he immediately started making her feel at ease. He really took his time with Penny, making her feel comfortable. Zoom and Groom definitely does treat your furrbabies just like they were their own. Highly recommend and definitely will call again. read more

Paul was great will Ollie and really listened to our needs. Ollie has sensitive skin and he came back looking sharp and handsome. We got him a summer cut and Paul did amazing with him! He even let me see different lengths of the cuts before he got started. Ollie's ears have always been a problem and Paul took care of them and told us how to treat them! We will definitely be return customers! Thank you! read more

The only one we trust with our Max. Paul is good with him, very gentle, and he does a great job. The convenience of coming to our home is worth it. Highly recommended. read more

We've been using Zoom n Groom for about half a year or so now, a recommendation from a friend. The ease of having the groomer come to our home is amazing. They are good with communicating when they will arrive and once they arrive, they are pleasant and skilled in their initial consultation. We have a doodle so it requires some skill in knowing what cuts will work and our groomer always goes over what we want and explains things thoroughly. We recommended them to our neighbors and they now use their services because it is so convenient. The price is incredibly fair, without the stress of drop offs and pick ups at a groomer. read more

Paul is wonderful with my pups. He takes his time grooming them, not trying to rush to finish. They look so handsome and beautiful after each groom. read more

I researched a lot before choosing Zoom N Groom. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule. Drove right out to the house and got it done. Rebecca was AWESOME!! My giant chocolate lab loved her and did great. I could tell Rebecca knew exactly what she was doing and knows customer service!! Cost and service were spot on!! read more

Excellent job, I found Paul to be very loving towards my dogs one of which is scared of everything. I was very impressed with the way he first approached my Bailey who is very scared of new things. We look forward to seeing you again later in the year. read more

They are the best with my senior dog (Aussie). Very gentle, patient, and do an amazing job. They also did a great job on my lab chow's winter coat! Definitely helps with all the shedding! Highly recommend them and we will be returning customers. read more

5 stars plus Paul is the dog whisperer. We have 3 fussy like 10 pounders and a 100 pound Lab. All are rescues, so they come with a past. One of the small dogs is a nipper, not with Paul, my husband and I are amazed. The Lab, is crippled, right paw is missing, so he hobbles. Got his first bath with Paul, Lab was very at ease, no problems. Paul also has to entertain a doating Mom while the Lab got his bath. These guys are the best. read more

Thank you Zoom and Groom. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he did an excellent job on my dog. Right on time too.

Rebecca did a great job with our Ginger. She even filed her nails down after she clipped them.

I have five dogs. She did a great job of quickly learning each personality and the most appropriate way to groom each. Attention to detail was phenomenal. The dogs look and smell great. We look forward to the next appointment. read more

They do such a wonderful job on my 12 year old blind baby girl. I'm on an automatic schedule now. Service is so convenient and so much easier for my two special needs doggies since they don't have to be driven across town. Very pleased with Zoom N Groom. read more

Awesome service! I just had three dogs groomed by Paul. He was super easy with my dogs, one was a hot mess of burrs. They all three look and smell (important) great. I will use this company again and again!! read more

Rebecca was so great! She fit us in super last minute before Christmas. I've taken Bones (my schnoodle) to a groomer a couple of times and he would be there for at least 6 hours just sitting in a kennel. He always seemed so stressed out once I got him back. He's 12-13 years old so I thought I would try something different for him. Best decision ever! Rebecca came to my home, hooked up electrical and water, consultation and then she was off working her magic. Bones has a lot of lumps and bumps which makes him difficult to shave. But she did such a great job! Other groomers always gave him the schnauzer face (which I'm not a fan of because so much hair is left under his chin and when he drinks water he drips all over the house.) but she gave him a close cut all around his muzzle and it's just the best! I would definitely recommend Zoom N Groom if you want the ease of them coming to your home, giving your dog the least stressful grooming experience and if you just want caring people taking care of your four legged family member. I will absolutely be using them again! read more

I do not understand a business that has no customer response. Customer service is non existent. I reached out on 7/13, and have yet to get any sort of answer. read more

Paul just finished taking care of my two pups and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they work me into their busy schedule on a short notice but my two seemed very calm and happy afterwards. Prices were very reasonable, less then some you have to take your dogs to them, but they come to you. Five stars for price, accommodation, quality of service, and friendliness. Thank you guys!! read more

We have older dogs and they are amazing and gentle. They are always on time and very fast.

Thank you Paul for treatment of my senior pugs. They are 12 and 17. They are perkier and happy after their grooming.

Paul did a beautiful job of grooming my pups, an 8 yr old Shih-Pooh and a 13 yr old Mini Schnauzer. The Shih-Pooh has been very ill and the Schnauzer has bone cancer, so changing to a mobile groomer was a must in order to reduce the stress. This really worked out great!! Each took Paul an hour for bath and hair cut, so this was a wonderful experience that is usually very hard on them. Will definitely continue to use Zoom N Groom as long as I'm blessed to have these two sweet babies! read more

Great mobile grooming company. Very friendly and made my dogs smell wonderful :) came on time and finished quickly. Definitely recommend!

San Antonio this is the only way to have your dog groomed. They do an excellent job and are so kind and good with our fur baby.

Amazing customer service. My dog was completely comfortable and relaxed. I have a 110lb dogbthat need bath, nails, and shave down for the summer and it took about 2 hours. I would highly recommended this service and my dog came out looking and smelling great! I will be a return customer and I will have my other dogs groomed with them too. Me neighbor was even impressed and will be booking an apt soon for his two dogs! read more

best mobile groomer ever!! and food pup advice too! can't go wrong with these folks!

This was our first time using Zoom N Groom as our long time groomer has retired. We were all a little nervous trying the out someone new. One of our lil guys gets uneasy at the groomer so Paul was assigned to us, we were told he is great with nervous dogs. I must say Paul did a great job letting both dogs get used to him and handled them with great care. The first time with a new groomer can be difficult to get everyone on the same page as far as coat length and face shape and tail, etc. Paul was amazing and patient to be sure we were happy stating several times "that he can always go shorter but can't glue hair back on." At the end of it all we were very happy with the service and with Paul's attitude, patience and understanding. We will definitely be calling them back out in 2-3 months. Worth the price, great value. read more
