This totally throws off her feeding for the day. She cannot eat after 7:00pm for she takes Oral Vet for dental and cannot eat after taking this. Before the first visit or prior to traveling, I can schedule a meet-and-greet. As a Chihuahua and a rescue, it takes a while for Charlie to warm up to new faces. Jessica, the owner, ensures that the sitters are a match for him. They quickly learn his personality and routine. They are caring, responsive and trustworthy. Vivian has been with TMAB for a long time and now seeing Charlie. I appreciate receiving updates and photos from their quality time after each visit. The passion and love from the DOCTORS , the TECH staff loving our fur babies like their own and although 4 pups can add up we never felt haggled for money! I write this post with such a low rating because things have changed! The lobby staff has no desire in their work. They don't feel like a team. They answer the phone with attitude and eagerness to get us off the phone. When we come into the clinic you have to address them first and hope to be helped with positive attitude. When asked who's in for treatment the confusion and unwillingness to understand each dogs needs. We would even let them know not only over the phone but also when we would check them in. These all may seem like little things but our babies are rescues and have many traumas. We do our best to accommodate them so they feel safe and comfort. So coming to a place they already feel uneasy about it's unfortunate we have to deal with an uninviting staff.
