Having adopted Ellie recently, she did not have the best manners, and really had not undergone any sort of training her whole life. We knew she could use the extra help with some professional training. She had poor leash skills, jumped up on us and strangers all the time, and chewed objects around the house. After the two week training camp, Ellie is basically a different dog (see YouTube video below from her second week of training camp). She has great leash walking skills, responds very well to "no", will sit in "place" (her bed) and stay, and is all around a better behaved dog. We even had follow up lessons with Jonathan to make sure we know how all the training commands and techniques worked and to help us stay on top of it. Jonathan was nice enough to even work with our other dog and give us tips for him. I am especially impressed by the enrichment activities provided. It is hard to make time to take the pups to a group class, and the training that they receive during their weekly visit is a real help. The pups get their share of social interaction, play, some group and individual activities. Jenna took the Reactive Rover class and really benefitted from the training. Courage is taking her first Sidekick class. Lilly will join a class soon. The owner, Stephanie, and manager, Maggie and staff genuinely love dogs. My pups love them right back. They worked really well with her, gave her time to settle in. When I would drop her off in the am we greeted in a nice friendly way by Scott. Robert took her every morning and walked her around. I mentioned she was leery of the techs going to vans in the parking lot and he got her out there to observe them. Kendall her main trainer was a positive force for her and she really likes her now. (This is big for this girl and her fears) She has become more focused and listens much better. Took her to pickup curbside on our way home from class, normally she backs away from the curbside employee or tries to go up front. Today she sat nicely in the car, watched them and didn't try to get away from. Big improvement. I look forward to watching her become even more confident with her group classes. Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to have Josh as a trainer to work with our mischevous pup. He's enthusiastic and knows dogs really well, and his guidance is much appreciated. We have three dogs and it's not fair to keep one of them separated from their humans, so I reached out for help. They have the waiting room divided so that one side is for cats and the other for dogs. I really liked that considering my fur baby wasn't feeling well, and I didnt have to worry about a dog sniffing his carrier and upsetting him. We didnt wait long at all before the stagf called us into a room. The vet and the technicians were very kind and explained everything they wanted to do for my kitty. They also made sure to quote me pricing before doing any procedures so I wouldn't be surprised at the end of the visit. All in all, I really appreciated this facility for its easy to get to location and friendlly, knowledgeable staff. I actually might have found my new main vet office for my fur baby. P.S. The $25 fee didn't bother me but they were open since 7am but hey wait until just before closing and then threaten to cancel my appointment....no thank you, we'll go elsewhere
