Barbara's offered me several appt times available for same day nail services, even after letting them know that my puppy is a "screamer" when getting her nails done.. I cannot tell you how impressed and pleased I was with their customer service and expertise!! We took a six week class which I felt was helpful, but he did need some basic obedience and we enrolled in that class. They taught us how to train our dog to sit , stay, wait ,place as well as learning how to go to his designated space for down and settle. I felt the instructors were excellent. I can't remember all their names, but Fab was excellent. when Rudy graduated from his class, he got a certificate and had a graduation picture taken. Right now I feel that I need to work on these basics before I enroll him in intermediate class, but when he's ready, I will definitely go back.
