Randomly walked in and was able to be serviced quickly without an appointment. Very nice and welcoming staff. Not the cleanest--didn't require you to wash hands when arriving and my nail tech didn't wash her hands after she arrived and before working on my nails. They did a horrible job on powder dip--literally had dents on my left hand and didn't realize until I left of course. Also the dip is cracking and I've had it on for 1 wk. Just not sure they knew how to properly apply. I've had powder plenty of times and the color has never cracked like this. They simply grow out forcing me to get them redone. But I'll be at a shop this wknd because these did not last long at all. Unfortunately won't be back there!

I don't think I'll be coming back. They were running a special and looked pretty business so I thought I'd give it a try. I had to wait about 5-10 min which was fine. My technician sat down and immediately started YELLING at another tech. They yelled at each other for a while while another tech tried to calm then down. When they finally stopped, she started my nails. They're fine. She was just super rushed and haphazard (probably because she was thinking about the epic argument she just had). She ended up painting a piece of cuticle into my nail, which I asked her to fix and she did. Still, the color doesn't go all the way to the edge of my nail and they vary in shape. Not the worst thing I've ever had, but still not worth the money I paid.

I wanted to give this place a fair chance as sometimes first impression could be misconstruded. This was my second and last visit to this place. Service: Special Package K $98 + tax = $103 (Cash) Tip: $15 (Cash) So this package is for Regular Manicure & Pedicure and 1hr Body Massage !!!BEWARE!!! Mani and Pedi was subpar and hurried. The nail tech was quite chatty and trust me you cant miss her when you visit this place, she sticks out like a sore thumb (even if i forgot her name now). This lady operates on fake praises and sneakly tries to have you add to your service. She does short cuts and literally seems to always be in a damn hurry pedicure was done in 8 mins like how!? She makes it seem like they are so busy when there was literally 4 people. On to the manicure literally 5 mins! She didnt even cut my cuticles that much and her work just damn rushed! I waited longer for my body massage. Sooo here goes nothing... the place where they do the 1hr body massage is the same place they have the waxing. I walk in the room is dimmed, small and the floor looked dirty. The room is very unkept just plain disgusting. Again I wanted to give them a chance. So I went through with the massage. The Massage table was hard AF covered in a towel and paper (the same one you see in a doctors office). The portion where my face will go had a paper towel. I covered myself with a rough towel. As she came in I was definitely feeling positive, I wanted to just take out some tension I was having. I am a plus size lady (2x in clothes) about 5'1 and holy guacamole she was kneading and diggin on my back like I was bison! I tried to not be rude but she kept using her bony elbow and she really hurt me in my back! The rest of the massage did not get better but worst and I literally had to stop midway to tell her it hurts! Yet she tried to go over the spot knowing she dug her freakin bony elbow thats now throbbing in pain! She injured me in my back and now I have to go to the doctor to have it checked out. The room was small and when it was time to massage my arms she pulled it and smacked my wrist on the wall! All I could hear was her smacking her lips as she chewed gum and the people outside talking. To make the nightmare even worst they use this communal foot pillow that have no cover and that they leave on the floor... This is not hygenic and can pose to transmit skin diseases to other people. These people have no freggin clue how to massage, where to massage and honestly can injure people more, and I will definitely report them. I decided to take pictures of the room... I was disgusted and seriously want to autoclave my entire body... The kicker is, this body massage was ONLY the back side only (one side), last time I checked body is front and back. Nope she didnt ask me to turn over and proceeded to stretch me out to like I was a bendable pretzle. STEER CLEAR OF THIS 1hr room body massage... better yet just dont got here. I will definitely let everyone I know not patronize this place. They are filthy, you will definitely get an fungus or bacteria here and money hungry... Lastly she was not happy I tipped her 15 dollars for injuring me and proceeded to talk sh!t about me infront of my face in Chinese... How do I know because I can understand and speak I just never told her... #ByeFelicia

That was amazing! They changed my nails, I felt so happy and excited . I always come here to get my gel manicure done. Love it. That always surprise me with the nail designs.

The lady who waxed my eyebrows CUT me! And the worst part is she didn't even say anything...

So I go here pretty often and usually it's great. But I went there on Friday and the front desk lady did my eyebrows. Holy shit it hurt! I get my eyebrows done pretty frequently so I was surprised that it hurt so much but didn't think much of it. I come home and it's still kind of stinging. I look closer and it's really red and raw... did she cut it, I wonder. Wake up the next morning and YES SHE HAD CUT ME. I have this huge nasty ads cut above my eye. I'm so upset that she didn't even mention it to me and I'm SURE there would've been blood when it happened- instead of telling me she just went on her way and when I glanced at them after they were done they looked red but nothing out of the ordinary so I didn't notice till I got home. Like wtf. Totally unacceptable.

But How Do U Get Ur Protein V.

I'm not sure if I can fully put to words how awful I think this salon is. Let me start off by saying that I like a block away and have been to this salon a few times because it's so convenient and I like the ambience. However the last 2 times Were straight nightmares. The first gel I got don't turned dirty and started to chip 2 days into my vacation. I thought nothing of it because I am a regular with gel nails and I know that sometimes it just doesn't last as long as other times. I brushed it off and decided to go back once I returned home. The woman did my gel nails and I was a bit upset at the end result this times considering they looked wayyyy better the first time I came in. But I didn't feel like complaining so I kept my mouth shut. Towards the end I was wondering why she never gave me a small massage at the end considering the women next to me all received one. Then the technician next to me kindly checked the temperature of the towels to make sure it was warm enough for her client and decided to use a different towel box that was hotter. But 2 minutes after that when it was my turn for a hot towel she could care less and grabbed a Luke warm one for me. I left the salon feeling upset at the $45 I spent on a mediocre nail job. THEN to my surprise the NEXT day they all started chipping. At this point I realize that this is not normal for gel nails to chip the next day. So I returned back to complain. The mean front desk lady was not there that day so the distrust workers gathered around and took about 20 minutes analyzing my chipped nails. After Much negotiation she sat me down to fix the chips. By doing the most disgusting cover up I've ever seen. Adding layers upon layers. I left the salon after that just to find out that an hour later they would chip again. At this point I'm furious, I go back an hour later and complain. yet again they have nothing to offer me. So finally after breaking the language barrier she told me to come back and they'll re do it when I have free time. (I made SURE to get a written agreement on paper) I came back to the salon 3 days later (clean nails considering they all peeled off by themselves) I showed the from desk lady my voucher and she proceeds to tell me that it's only for one nail. I am flabbergasted because half the paper said gel nails in English and hen Chinese on the other side!!!!!! This woman tricked me and wrote only one nail in Chinese. Why would I want one nail fixed when they were all chipping? So turns out the woman who signed the voucher wasn't there that day so she called her on the phone. She proceeded to tell me that she never told me all of my nails. I hen asked to speak to the woman on the phone and she told me she doesn't speak English. Which is the biggest Lie considering SHES THE ONE WHO WROTE THE VOUCHER FOR ME. I looked around the salon and recognized faces there the day of and they denied that they ever remembered me!!!!!!!!!! After telling and arguing she refused to give my money back and finally agreed to re do all my nails. I sat down uncomfortably and to make a long story short MY NAILS CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't go to this salon. There are PLENTY amazing salons near by.

Lighting doesn't do it justice

Just went to get my nails done here for prom and the experience was great! The ladys were very nice and welcoming, giving advice when I wasn't sure which colors to pick and being very gentle with their work. They have a well-sized collection of colors too so I took a bit longer choosing, but they were also very patient with me and that made it feel all the more relaxing. Overall service was swift and sweet! Would definitely come again!

Hospitality is great, front office manager gentleman is sweet and welcoming. My nail technician was Jee Young. She was professional, meticulous and very thoughtful. I like her calming presence and how she asks if I like my nails every so often. I did a simple cat eye on short nails and the service took about an hour. They were also very accommodating as I moved my service up by an hour for which was very appreciated. I got the Korean maxim coffee drink at the end, and it was just the boost I need to walk back home 22 blocks. Can't wait to come back soon for a pedicure and my next monthly service.

My pedicure from Daisy lasted a month with no chips! As she worked, she checked multiple times to make sure I liked the shape of my nails and how they looked in general. I couldn't recommend this salon enough! They also have chargers everywhere and cool charger/phone holders for when you get pedicures or are drying your nails. Daisy is "Sister 24". You won't regret it.

It truly creates a relaxing atmosphere. However, I've noticed that the quality of the mani & pedi has declined over the years, which has made me hesitant to return, even though it's in the most convenient location for me. These days when I returned, it's just for last minute color change to avoid more damage. I referred a friend to join me for a mani/pedi once, and she also mentioned that while the ambiance is great, but the owners should get their own mani & pedi done by their technicians, which I completely agree with. While I usually don't like getting my cuticles pushed or cut, I really appreciate that they respected that preference. However, when it comes to removing polish, it's done very recklessly with a lack of attention to detail. On several occasions, they've scraped the skin around the nails--sometimes cutting it to the point where it bled and required a bandage. When I mentioned this to the hostess after she asked for feedback, she dismissed it by saying I have sensitive skin. Since when is it normal for skin to be scraped during a mani/pedi? Additionally, I've had gel mani here twice in a row, and the technician over-shaved to the point where my nails ended up paper-thin that I have to ask the technician to apply extra coats to make up for it. One time, the technician even touched my skin with the machine that is used to shave the gel polish off. I've also had my skin scraped during pedicures, which is concerning. Every time I get a gel mani, within two weeks, the polish would start to lift on the cuticle side, which shows a lack of precision during the application. My friend got a regular mani & pedi here, and one of her nails chipped within a day. While I still love the atmosphere and the owners, the decline in the quality of the services, especially regarding polish removal, nail care, and attention to detail, has made me hesitant on coming back.

The interior design of the space is what pulled my attention when walking up 9th Ave. It is chic yet accessible and never approaches being or feeling gaudy. Very clean look (and space). Great color palate used. Very comfortable chairs. Good use of white space accentuated with green angular paint and golden decals and other ornamentations, all done minimally and with purposeful placement. Carmen (my nail tech) made good efforts and took obvious care to give me a nice buff manicure, all for only $27 (+ a small amount of tax). No nips or cuts. No pain. Textbook technique. Picked up well on when I wanted to zen out to the aura of the space and the well-curated spa playlist vs when I was open to a little nail tech kiki. Loved the sugar scrub they use for the hand massage. I take ownership for not getting the pre-cuticle work nail soak as part of the provided service. IMO, if a nail salon doesn't automatically incorporate the soak into your mani, you as the customer should speak up when the softening gel is pulled out and before it is applied. If they don't offer it? That's another thing. But I didn't test those waters and cannot speak to Nail Me Right (goodness gravy I love the business name!). So, keep in mind if the soak is your thing. They were very accommodating from the moment I arrived until I left. So I have a hunch this request wouldn't be a problem. Same with the end result. You as the customer are responsible for checking your nails / hands / feet / whatever before ending the appointment. I was late for my next appointment and did not, later seeing I would've like a little extra work done where the far end of nail edges meets the finger and a shinier buff applied. Again, I am quite sure Carmen would have accommodated had I done my part and spoken up before leaving. Still, I woke up the next morning to those slight extra bits naturally working themselves out (which points to the moisturizing measures NMR applies being of good quality), and my hand looking nice. I plan to pop in next time I'm in the area and in the market for some nail / hand / foot love, and hope you'll consider doing the same to support this family and what they're working to bring to the neighborhood.
