The staff are always friendly and efficient, willing to make modifications so that you can craft the ice cream of your dreams. Worth noting is the very silly water station near the front door. Condrell's has always served tiny glasses of water, which is now offered in Dixie cups that you fill yourself. If you're trying to stay super hydrated these baby sized cups aren't going to meet your needs, but I have come to expect them and think they add to the charm of the venue.

I had to hold myself back from muting myself an amazing purse and high heel made of chocolate! All of my exclamation points are totally relative to my amazement lol (I am also thinking of Elaine Benes right now for any fellow Seinfeld fans). What I did buy was a giant music note of chocolate for my son's Easter basket .. he makes music and I am excited to give him this... What I did notice is that chocolate is ridiculously expensive and with all that I've learned about chocolate, I can't help but wonder if it's even chocolate. I didn't ask either... all I know for sure is that everyone says this place has the best chocolate in town so I'm here buying a few basket stuffers. Before coming here, I stopped at Fowler Chocolates around the corner and no one was there so this place must be the place to buy chocolate. I watched the ladies at the registers ask everyone before me if they were rewards members and when they said no, they asked if they'd like to be. They forgot to ask me though. I think it's the best in WNY. They have it is chocolate, dark and orange. My favorite is orange chocolate and we stop every so often for miniatures. During Easter we bought chocolate cover marshmallows sprinkles with nuts. Those were divine. This is a definite chocolate stop for everyone. Once you come here you will come back. Parking is on the street, but usually you can find a spot even during their busy times.

The almond flavor of the cassata cake layers was AMAZING, but that's where the pleasure stopped. For the rest of our experience. The cassata frosting was not whipped cream & instead quite hard and unpalatable (like Crisco was used). The tiramisu tower didn't have any coffee flavor in it. The Pecan bar was loaded with pecans, but the filling was unflavored goop. The peanut butter bar was like eating sand. There were no restrooms that appeared to be available for hand washing. All in all, with a cup of coffee, I'm glad it was only $24. On to the next bakery to find a suitable cassata cake for my mom's Big Birthday next year.

The cheesecake was creamy, the graham cracker crust was thick and held its texture under the cheesecake. I ate it at the bar, guilt-free, knowing I'd burn the calories off later on the motorcycle LOL So grateful for the air conditioning so I didn't have to worry about it melting in my saddlebags. Wow.
