Had my husband go pick up the order and it was the quickest time we have ever had to wait at Crumbl and it was Valentine's Day. Didn't know they censor your notes but good to know for next time the worker got a good laugh out of it lol. The Dubai chocolate brownie was worth the 3 extra dollars I paid for it. I would have probably paid more for it that's how good it was..Fresh strawberries slices on top... the strawberry heart cake was so moist and sweet. The Oreo you can't go wrong with Oreo... the cookie 10/10 the frosting on top 10/10. The caramel cheesecake cookie was so sweet it definitely was a great choice for this weeks menu. Love this crumbl location!!! Will definitely be back soon

It's hard to beat their chocolate chunk cookie - warm and soft with a salted top. Drooling!

I'm just here for their milk chocolate chip cookie that's served warm, soft, and melty. Oh, and that salty top - say no more. Sign up for their rewards and you can earn free cookies!

Long lines for freshly made cookies, in an atmosphere that seems lifted from a global burger chain, with all the charm and hospitality this implies. $3 per small, unfrosted cookie seems exorbitant, regardless of how fresh it is - especially when said cookie is lacking vanilla. The atmosphere is clinical: harsh white light, and no personal interaction until your name is called to pick up your order. How much do they discourage lingering? There are no chairs or stools or tables anywhere on premises. "Here's your hat/What's your hurry?"

My daughter is in her cookie era phase and wanted to try the tres leches so i got her one while she was in school - - totally did the evil thing and texted her a pic ofc at 10am :3 Well, jokes on me cuz she was fine waiting til after school to run home and try it while i suffered through the agony of counting down the minutes to taste test it with her. The big moment: wow! First of all it's not a cookie despite being from Crumbl. Having had *THE BEST* tres leches cake many moons ago when I visited Cabos in Mexico, nothing lived up to it in the US... until now. Must be the trademark Lotus Biscoff cookie butter they used. Granted i didn't have an epiphany flashback moment (like Ego did in Ratatouille) or get to devour the whole thing by myself... this tres leches is friggin drool-worthy-ahhhmaaaazing!!! Annnd I'm already planning to go back to Crumbl later -as in the minute they open- to get myself one: just.for.me! Okay fine, and one as well for my lil Cookie Monster. Not sure why Crumbl is now serving up cake but i also don't care as long as they continue to be this delishousss. Technically it has 'cookie' butter in it so if it's cake made with cookie they're doing i'd like to put Tiramisu in the suggestion box for next new flavor pls - crossing my fingers someone from Crumbl HQ read this :)

This was my FIRST visit to Crumbl. The place is so tiny & it was packed ! A few of us were in line outside the door. I got in & saw the 6 cookies they were offering. A few sounded good, but because they were almost $5 a piece, I figured I'd just get 2 and my son & I could split them both. You have to order them on a little credit card machine thingie , which they only have 2 of, so it takes awhile for some people with kids with them especially, to order their cookies. I ordered the "Wedding Cookie" & the "French Toast " cookie. They were so cute. It took about 6-7 minutes I think to get my cookies. They have you check them to make sure it's what you ordered & they look good. I got home & dug in. The wedding cookie was Delicious !!!! The French Toast was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I'm definitely going to go back from time to time and grab a few. I can't wait to see what other flavors come up in the future.

This week's offerings (5/13/24) French toast... was excited for this, but it did not land. Not a lot of French toast taste, very dense. The butter cream frosting was good. I definitely need it with every bite to semi enjoy. 2 out of 5 Sea salt toffee. Now, this was my favorite! So tasty and chewy. Definitely get the sea salt and toffee flavor in each bite. 5 out of 5 Wedding cake. Another home run! Sugar cookie topped with tons of deliciousness! 5 out of 5 Peanut Butter cookies and cream. Had high hopes, who doesn't love peanut butter, chocolate, and cookies and cream. There were no cookies and cream flavors at all. The chocolate overpowered the peanut butter for me. If you love chocolate, you may enjoy this one. It just doesn't match the description for me. 3 out of 5

I ordered online special treats for our college student. I didn't realize how quickly they would be delivered, less than a 1/2 hour from ordering. The delivery person was amazing, patient and understanding. They were able to leave at the office for my daughter to pick up. The pink velvet cookie was her favorite, they all are delicious next time I will order more pink velvet for her if offered. Thank you so much!

Really really sweet cookies. If that's your thing, then this is heaven for you. They remind me of the grocery store cookies you get that are soft baked and topped with that artificially sweet frosting -- I know some people love this kinda cookie, but it was never my thing. The cookies here are actually massive and just as sweet as they look -- it's really hard to eat more than a few bites of a single cookie at once. In terms of this location, the service is quick and efficient. There was a line out the door when we went, but it moved pretty fast and we were in and out really quickly. You order on a mobile kiosk inside. They don't have seating inside -- it's more of a grab and go type place. Not for me but glad I gave it a try :p

Driving in the BLVD consumer Square, I always see a line of at least 30 people deep waiting outside this business. I had to give it a try and see what the big deal was. I'm glad I did. Crumbl offers a daily rotating menu of cookies prepared fresh throughout the day, and some are made to order. These cookies are quite pricy but large. They have a cake like texture, and every cookie is gorgeous in the presentation. I am now a regular there making a stop at least once a month on the way home from the gym. I have yet to try a cookie I have not enjoyed. This is strictly a take out location they do not offer any seating, and it is a bit crowded. Pro tip: Check out their rotating menu before you arrive and order ahead on their app to avoid the wait, although the wait is worth it.

Ummmm let me see , the cookies on a 1-10 scale I would rate a 5 they were good no doubt about it but for the price point I'll pass but they seem to be a huge hit and folks like em . I recon I'll try my hand at insomnia cookie next time

We came here on a whim during a snowy evening and found it to be crowd-free which was a surprise since other times when we were near the store (in a busy plaza), there was a line out the door! Every week they change their menu of featured/offered cookies and so you never know what to expect. You enter and there is a touch screen for you to place your no-contact order. You can choose a single cookie, four-pack and a few other options. You enter your name, pay by a variety of choices and then just wait for them to call your name and take our order. They were really fast! This current week we chose chocolate peanut butter chip, mint chocolate chip, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and brownie chocolate chip batter. They come out warm and look very mouth-watering! They are really good, but very sweet so I could only take small sections of each. I'd try again but wouldn't bother waiting in a line that goes outside.

It is more of a takeout situation than dine in as there are only 4 seats along the window looking into the cat habitat. They offer a variety of coffee, tea & boba drinks as well as baked goods and some merch. I ordered an unsweet Dan cong hot tea latte and egg tarts and my friend got a brown sugar boba tea and biscoff cake. I like that you can customize the sweetness of any beverage from no sweetness to very sweet since everyone likes a different cup of tea so to speak. The baked goods case was very limited when we visited (around 2pm on a Saturday), but we both liked our picks. The egg tarts came in a pack of 4 packaged in a sturdy wooden box (so sturdy I'm reusing it now to hold spice jars) for $10. The tarts were a slightly sweet custard like egg filling in a crispy, flaky phyllo type shell. Very yummy! My tea was also really good; a nice balance between the tea & milk. My friend's cake was light, airy and spongy. So delicious! She was kind enough to let me taste it and I loved it even though I'm not a huge cake person. She also thought it was fantastic. She enjoyed her bubble tea as well. It came in a thick plastic cup with a snap on cover for the straw hole, so it too could easily be reused. I would definitely visit again to try other drinks and hopefully hit the baked goods case when it's full! The service was friendly and efficient.

They had six flavors: sangria - fruity, wine; honey whiskey - topped with a Biscoff; piña colada - not pictured because I skipped that one; mojito - lime and rum; black forest - chocolate cupcake with boozy cherry; peanut butter whiskey - also a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Presentation and toppings were all really lovely and looked delicious. Super creative concept all around. Most of the cupcakes were yellow or white cake, the rum, whiskey, and wine were noticeable but not strong. So you knew they were there, but not overwhelmed. Some people might actually want them to be stronger! The flavors in general were subtle but clear. The frostings were all pretty light and pleasant, which is nice. I know there's a lot of people who really like dense buttercream and cream cheese frostings and for whom cupcakes are a frosting delivery vehicle. These are not those. Plenty of rich and delicious frosting for the cupcake but not too much. The cupcakes are not following the super sized trend; they're a nice cupcake sized cupcake. This makes it easy to rationalize eating two at a time because, um, you wanted to compare flavors. Yep, that's totally why. I liked all the flavors I tried, but was surprised that my favorite was the chocolate peanut butter and my second favorite was the mojito. Only comments would be there's some variability as to the moistness or dryness of the cake part, and the filled ones could use more filling. The people at the pop-up (I forgot to ask if they were the bakers/ owners) are really nice and happy to answer any questions or customize an order. As you can tell by my substituting an extra black forest for the piña colada. They'll be back at the Broadway Market for Dyngus Day!

Cuccidati Inc. had a booth at the event ... and they had me at the word "cuccidati". :-D LOVE these cookies! If you are unfamiliar, cuccidati are iced-and-sprinkled fig-filled Italian cookies. They're like a soft, delectable, gourmet, top-shelf, high-class, prettier Fig Newton, but way better, haha. Whenever I see an Italian cookie spread at a gathering, I always b-line for dibbs on the cuccidati. And Cuccidati Inc.'s cuccidati did not disappoint! These were a bit different from cuccidati I've had before. They weren't quite as sweet, not as thick-white of an icing as usual. And the filling seemed more natural, like more purely fig, as opposed to the more artificial extract flavor of some cuccidati. I do like the creamier cuccidati filling I'm used to, with more of a jam consistency. But these were good too, you could feel chewy bits of real fig fruit in each bite. If you prefer a cookie that isn't too rattle-your-teeth-sweet, you will probably enjoy Cuccidati Inc.'s cookies very much. We spoke with the owners when we were at the fresh-air market, and they were very sweet and friendly. They of course bake their namesake, but also bake many other cookies too. They don't have their own storefront, they sell by order, or at local venues and events. They are on the shelves at Buffalo Artisan Food Traders (https://www.yelp.com/biz/buffalo-artisan-food-traders-buffalo), so if you have a hankering for some delicious cuccidati, stop by there to grab a pack. The cassata frosting was not whipped cream & instead quite hard and unpalatable (like Crisco was used). The tiramisu tower didn't have any coffee flavor in it. The Pecan bar was loaded with pecans, but the filling was unflavored goop. The peanut butter bar was like eating sand. There were no restrooms that appeared to be available for hand washing.
