Counter eating area. Cozy, sleek blue chairs.

Ate an excellent breakfast on way out of Mount Rainier National Park. Hearty portion, attentive service. Newly renovated interior. Even had bulgogi on the menu. Check it out!

Burned Philly cheesesteak sandwich. If I had been the cook, i would have remade this.

Yummy, BIG breakfast. The food was fresh, well seasoned and hot. Just what we needed. The server was attentive and the wait was as expected.

Papa Bears Restaurant and Lounge - Best corned beef hash I've ever had

We come mainly for brunch on Saturdays at 11:00 am (occasionally Friday or Sunday) and sit in a booth. Here about every 6 to 8 weeks and shocked I haven't written a review yet! Server / main front of house person always remembers us and is kind and super friendly, even when she's busy. It's a diner with reasonable prices - I've had the breakfast sandwich, corned beef hash, mix of Ala carte side options, main breakfast with meat, omelette or scramble... my dad usually gets the 55+ 2 egg Denver omelette and my brother will change it up, too. It's also kid friendly, if you want to bring a kiddo. Food is always good, I try to remember not to eat a first breakfast at home in the morning when we come out so I'm hungry. Nice to have a regular spot to go to when we visit where we know the food will be good and the people are nice.

Just passing through and stopped for breakfast. It's a diner type ambiance, with a counter area,…read morebooths, and tables, decorated with bears, woodsy things, and local pictures/memorabilia. Our server was friendly and efficient. It looks like she was the only server, with just one cook manning the kitchen during this mid morning time. My husband got the logger breakfast, which was way too much food for one person! He enjoyed what he was able to eat. I ordered the mama's portion of chicken fried steak and it was huge as well. It was ok, although I've had better. The meat was tender and easy to cut. She was happy to offer to make me a side salad instead of the higher carb hash browns and toast, so I appreciated that. Lots of locals came in to enjoy breakfast and were welcomed by name.
