I've had All Service Propane for over 2 years now and could not be happier with their service but I…read morehave to admit, the propane company we had before them did not set the bar very high. Our contract with All Service has them checking our tank level regularly, which they do and filling it when it needs it. Had the same contract with our old company and not only did they not check it, they let it go empty once. That was a big bill! I've even had All Service show up before their scheduled delivery and top off our tank. When I asked why, they said the prices were going to go up in the next 2 weeks due to winter and that they were trying to get all their customers full before that happened. You don't find many businesses that will go out of their way to save you a buck! I also recently noticed a slight propane smell coming from the tank. I called All Service and the owner was here within an hour to take care of the problem. I've found the business, the owner and the employees to be courteous and professional, and their propane prices to be very competitive.

To make sure there was not "hidden agenda" I was transferred a nice manager named Jason who assured me this was their everyday normal price and that if I referred a few folks to Campora I could get 35 gallons free with my next order for each referral as a Thank you gift from Campora! Well heck, no one at brand X propane provider ever offered me a discount in 25 years of service, or free tank rental or free propane for a referral until I canceled my service, they they offered it to e at $3.83 a gallon... really? As a first time home owner, I didn't realize it was going to be such a confusing task of getting my propane filled and making sure all my propane appliances are in good working order. Yet Blue Star Gas has earned my trust with their on-going helpfulness. Of both getting my propane filled quickly on time and making sure my bill payments were worked out smoothly. Depending on your situation, they have monthly payment plan options. Of course its ideal to pay for all your propane right away. But their payment plan options took away the burden of needing to pay for the propane fill-up all in one large payment. Which makes it really easy to get propane when needed. It was super generous of them for working out the financial payment part for me and my household in a very generous manner. The call-receptionist at Mt Shasta's Blue Star, she's one the most professionally-inclined and generously-caring worker they have. She really made my propane service that much easier and care-free. She deserves a pay raise and more acknowledgement for all the great work she provides to everyone. The other Blue Star workers who came over the house to initially inspect the propane tank and appliances upon my first fill-up were also very helpful. This time, I was in the restroom when he arrived. He stated he arrived at 9:25am, as you can see in the attached photos. I made the attempt to call him immediately after hearing him ring the doorbell, so he would be aware of me being in the restroom. I even got notified on my ring camera if him leaving a minute later at 9:26am, as shown in the picture. I tried flagging him down, yelling his name, and calling him as he started his truck and took off. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I never had issues with the last representative that delivered, but with Charlie, it has been miserable. Because of this, I have canceled services and went with another gas company that is going to service for 2.47 per gallon. So in a way, this is also saving me more. Win win. Bye-bye blue star.

In that time we've had little issues - running the tank dry during Thanksgiving, getting a little behind during bad financial years. Thru thick and thin, whether the issue was of our own making or a screw up on Suburban's end - they have always gone far beyond the call of duty to help us. After the Carr Fire we got behind in our bill. We are caught up now but they were very nice about working with us to get caught up. Right now we have a house full. So, we're using a lot of Propane. As a result, we ran out today. We were scheduled to be filled Friday but with the extra people and heat, showers dishes etc we came up a bit short. Even though it was near the end of the day the lady (I wish my wife got her name) found an available driver and took care of us. I know that big utility companies can be impersonal and uncaring. But we have never found that to be the case with Suburban. They have always been personable and truly cared about helping us. Over 20 years I have never been treated badly or unfairly.
