I really enjoyed talking with him as did my mother-in-law. And then I never heard anything back from him. I figured he was busy so I gave him a couple weeks. A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

Disappointing and unprofessional experience with customer service and communication. Cannot comment…read moreon the quality of the work that this company provides. I received a response from Tim who came to the site, inspected the project and even agreed to proceed/provided a verbal estimate. Despite this, he then stopped answering my messages and calls. I assume that this project ultimately wasn't worth his time but this is a business not a dating app. Communication should be a basic requirement and they fell flat here.

TGR General Construction - Custom Patio Cover & Paver Patio

This is a mixed review since there is good and bad to mention. I contracted with this company to…read morereplace my siding and double decks. This wasn't the lowest priced bid, yet it also wasn't the outrageously high quotes I received from other companies. I was very excited to finally get this work done. At the same time I was working with TGR, I was also contracted with a roofing company, a painter, and a gate company. In the end, the only company I had problems with was TGR Construction Co. There are things I wasn't prepared for in this process, such as my pictures falling off the walls during the siding tear off or the cracks in the ceiling and walls created with the tear off, of which they tried to tell me all these NEW cracks (I live in this home) are due to normal settling of my home and said all houses settle with time and this is normal and not due to the siding job. I know it's not a coincidence these new and sudden 'settling' cracks appeared with the siding work. They broke through the ceiling upstairs and they did own up to this, maybe because it's hard to justify 'normal' settling with sudden stucco all over the floor. There were structural issues that arose during the project, at nobody's fault, that ended up costing me $11K more than my contract. Then I was also charged $4900 more to remove windows and have them reset. Btw, three other companies included the window removal and reset in their contract. It was considered standard for other companies. After the siding and decks were done, I was left with HVAC refrigerant lines on the ground and blocking doors and windows for my tenants, wires dangling under the deck staircase, the Radon remediation system wasn't reattached correctly and sparked scaring a HVAC technician and me, a deck rail was reset too low, refrigerant line covers were accidentally thrown out, and my daughter and I each did double sweeps for nails left behind when work was done. It took almost two months of asking for them to resolve these unresolved issues before some things were finally done. Jan 20th, three months after the crew left, I finally had the last unresolved issue handled. As a consumer, when I contract with a company, I expect to have the job done right without unnecessary stress. That did not happen here. On the POSITIVE, the crew is hardworking and really nice guys. The siding and double decks look great now. My home underwent a metamorphosis and is now beautiful and I receive compliments. I had crappy, rotting decks replaced with sturdy decks. This is the only reason I give a 2 rating instead of lower. All the mishaps, repair delays, and stood up appointments made this extremely frustrating and stressful. Could I have achieved my desired results without the frustration? I'm sure I could have with a different company. Buyer beware! Educate yourself on all steps that need to be in your contract. Make sure the removal of your windows for proper flashing is in the contract. I know A LOT of people and all my other contractors received more jobs through my recommendations. I know currently four people who are looking for a recommendation for siding, yet I can't recommend TGR Construction.

I hired Alan to replace cedar shakes and do some finishing woodwork on the exterior of our home…read more We met Alan based on a referral from another home services company. From the beginning, Alan was methodical, communicative and prompt. He showed up to give us an estimate and answered my numerous questions about the job at hand. By the end of the same day of his initial visit, we had a detailed estimate in email, which we approved. Our house was remodeled in the past with uniqueness and quality materials in mind, but with 80% completion on many aspects. We needed a contractor who could help complete our unique vision. Alan replaced a large area of cedar shakes on the back of our home, helping erase the evidence of a decayed deck we previously removed. He also crafted a solution for a corner where the previous homeowner didn't seal up the house properly. Alan was organized and gave great attention to detail. He communicated his arrival and departures each day, and ended up finishing ahead of schedule. I am super happy with the level of attention that was paid to each detail of the job, and will hire Alan again for a future project.

The roof has been on for over two years now and is performing well. All Phase really earned their 5 star review when they reroofed our entire house on short notice. Long story short, we discovered so severe leaking during a kitchen remodel that required opening a ceiling. My wife and were headed out of town for a week plus, but the roof had to get done right away to keep our other contractors on schedule. They jumped right in and fast tracked the repair, all while keeping us updated on progress daily so that we could keep our other contractors on task. We returned from a week away to a new roof and a project that was still on schedule.

When they came to give us an estimate, Andres crawled up in our crawl space to really get a good feel for what our insulation looked like and to see how the roof looked like from the underside. They made suggestions to us for things that should be done even if they weren't the contractor that did them. After interviewing other roofers, we decided to give Innovators our business. They added some insulation in a few places that didn't have it for a very reasonable price and did a top notch job with the air flow. Now, in the heat of the summer, the house is at least a 10 degree difference from the same heat last year. It is amazing! The roof looks beautiful! They came back to fix one little part immediately and we could not be happier! So, we have hired them for 2 other projects and been completely pleased with their work. Nelson is super easy to work with on the business side and Andres is a total perfectionist when it comes to his work. They installed a period dining room window for us and it looks stunning thanks to Andres careful attention to detail. They enjoy doing good work! We have them lined up for a couple more projects now. I almost don't want to leave such a good review because I don't want them to get any busier! We feel like they are family now though so we won't go anywhere else!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Fadi at J Brothers. I was…read moreincredibly impressed from start to finish, and after having my bathroom remodeled, I feel like I found the unicorn of contractors. First, Fadi was incredibly respectful. He explained things to me without ever making me feel talked down to or "mansplained" to--which, as a woman who likes to understand how things work, I really appreciated. When I asked questions, he was happy to educate me about how things were installed and why, so I actually understood the process rather than just being told, "Trust me." He was also wonderfully transparent about costs. He allowed me to purchase my own materials rather than having to buy everything through him at a marked-up price, and he even suggested ways I could save money. In an economy where apparently nothing is allowed to be reasonably priced anymore, his pricing was incredibly fair. He listened to all of my ideas and helped me design a shower and bathtub that actually feels like me. He paid excellent attention to detail, and when I noticed one tiny, slightly OCD-level thing that was bothering me, he didn't roll his eyes or tell me it was "good enough." He happily fixed it exactly the way I wanted. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated when costs changed because additional damage was discovered in the house. When I had the absolute joy of breaking an old water pipe supplying water to the house in the middle of the remodel and had to deal with the city water department, he was patient and understanding while I was understandably a little stressed. He also sealed the trim around the room even though that wasn't part of the original bid, which was just one more example of him caring about the finished product rather than simply checking off the items on a contract. Oh, and perhaps most importantly, he and Moataz loved my dogs so gave them lots of pets and love. So obviously, he passed the most rigorous inspection of all. The quality of his work, attention to detail, communication, honesty, and professionalism were all outstanding. But what really stood out to me was that I felt respected throughout the entire process. He listened, explained, collaborated, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I absolutely love my new bathroom, and I would recommend Fadi and J Brothers without hesitation. If you're looking for a contractor who is skilled, fair, honest, responsive, patient, and doesn't make you feel like a nuisance for having opinions about your own house--hire this guy. You will not regret it.
