Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!

One project was a very challenging disassembly of a large gazebo (16'x9') and deck (about 25'x 9') and he and his team took such great care in taking it apart without damaging any of the pieces and loaded it into a 20' uhaul. The other project was to install a large cedar trellis, and it came out really beautiful. The project included taking down the old trellis and then doing craftsman style angle cuts, fitting notched pieces together and installing 6x6 posts and 2x8 cedar rafters. For example, we have a very active Malinois mix who frequently bounces off the screen door to be let in, scratching the existing Plexiglass. After considering heavy duty screening to prevent damage to the Plexiglass (vetoed because it would obstruct the view out), Roger came up with covering the existing Plexiglass with another sheet so it could be more easily replaced when we decide to sell the house. He replaced the door hinges, refinished all of the scratched wood & the screen door looks & works wonderfully. Roger is a bit OCD about the quality of his work & I'm very thankful that he is. No details whatsoever. I had him install some closet wire shelving in February of this year, and it…read morealready came down. There was barely anything on it. It was installed incorrectly. Not one stud was used on the lower attachments, and the holes he drilled were larger than the anchors he used on the upper attachment. What's more surprising is that he didn't use any anchors for the bottom part of the brackets. He screwed straight into the drywall, which is a no-no. I had to take the other shelving unit down because only one anchor was actually put in right and there were no anchors on the lower section. Had he just used a stud finder, he could have had 4 brackets completely in the studs on each wall. I attempted to contact him by text on September 16th, and he replied with a gibberish message that didn't make much sense and hasn't gotten back to me. I would not use him.

I had some moldy, mildew looking spots in a bedroom closet. I was concerned that it might be black…read moremold so I called them to possibly take out the drywall, repair & replace. Bobby came out right on time after we had to reschedule due to him falling behind because of the ice storm we had. He checked for moisture and let me know it wasn't black mold. He wiped the area to clean surface mold and sealed it w/primer. He said it should be fine and I could just paint it. Cost $100 which was well worth it to know it wasn't black mold!!
