2 1/2 years after the plandemic and they're still scared to death. Masks on all staff, ugg. The echo is deafening in here, can't hear, can't read lips... Breakfast omelet order arrived fast. Waitress dropped off the plate didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Tabasco would have been nice. They were good, above average on coffee refills actually. The westerm omelet was good as were the home fries. They "never heard" of chicken fried steak, something I had a hankering for today. Being canvassed to register to vote was unique, apparently the portly woman has taken up station here, as she returned to her booth and scanned the new arrivals, approaching them directly after ordering their meal.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Conveniently located just a minute or two off the highway. Food here was delicious. Everything cooked perfectly. Attentive waitstaff. Fast service. Good coffee. What more could you want from a diner? Perhaps more evenly distributed chocolate chips in the pancake would be nice.

Good food. I didn't eat in. The service was good. I have nothing to add. This feature is very annoying.

My son is in a wheelchair and there was no ramp to access the restaurant. Stairs only. We were highly disappointed.

As soon as we pulled into the parking and saw two police officers and at least four to five people from nearby businesses enter we knew we chose the right place. My wife had the cinnamon raisin French toast and I had the same thing I always get so I can make a good comparison (two eggs over easy, hash browns, rye toast, bacon and a side of sausage) Eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was just right, the sausage links were some of the best I have had in a long time, the hash browns were made with peppers and onions and were cooked just right The staff gave us the perfect amount of service while not being over the top. The ambiance was one of calm and you could tell the staff was relaxed Upon leaving we said our goodbye and thank you and a gentleman behind the front counter who was speaking with the Stratford Officers stopped for a minute and thanked us and told us to be safe in our travels this morning. I can assume he was the owner and, if so, I can see where his staff gets their training My wife and I felt appreciated in that moment. He and the staff had no idea if we were new in town, people passing through or we came in from a different town they truly made us feel welcome and we will certainly be returning Maybe this upcoming Sunday morning!! P.S. the coffee was excellent also

We ordered the pumpkin pancakes and the biscuits and gravy to share and they were so good and our favorite at the table. My friend and I got the egg salad sandwich on a croissant which sounded amazing but was not tasty. It lacked simple seasonings - that's the only negative. Prices were decent, service was great - we didn't have to wait to sit down, we walked in and looked for our own table... our waitress was friendly and recommended dishes for us to try. I'd def go back next time we are in the area.

Been there many times, the last time was "meh," but we thought we'd give it a chance! To our surprise and delight we were seated immediately, our server came right over with utensils, menus and a big smile! I had the cheeseburger club sandwich which comes with a huge portion of french fries, coleslaw and a pickle. The cheeseburger club was really good! Fries were crispy and tasty, too. He ordered roast beef on rye, which turned out to be a great, rosy, tender roast beef piled high! Our server was attentive, bringing extra napkins and lemon for our water! It was an excellent experience! We will be back!

I have going to this place for over fifty years and the new owners have really brought this place down as evident by the number of cars in the lot. Breakfast is served all day and also offers a hamburger eating challenge . Service was fast and friendly and the restroom was clean. We ordered the Sinatra's breakfast , 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes or French toast, and a side of grits. Also ordered was the Monte Crisco, ham, turkey, cheese and Swiss on French toast. The Sinatra's breakfast was decent, but the deli sliced meat on the Monte Cristo had been grilled, and the quality and taste were not great. The French toast was too soft; needed more time on grill to brown. The sandwich was also dusted with powdered sugar which for me did not work. I tried the chorizo platter with eggs, potatoes, peppers, and onions, which was really tasty with a decent portion. Also noticed more Mexican dishes throughout the menu, for lunch items. The kids ordered milkshakes as usual and were happy. They actually request to come here just because of it. Service was solid as always. Prices are a bit higher compared to White's Diner, and I still think it's wild they charge extra for sprinkles as a topping for their shake, but overall it feels like the place has improved.
