None of the workers spoke English, which meant the translation was poor from the very start. Because of that, they basically did not do at all what I asked for. I explicitly requested to take off 4 inches, but they chopped off 7 inches instead. For reference, my hair was down to my waist almost and straight across so I was looking forward to getting some nice layering and a decent trim. (I attached my reference photo vs what I actually got). My hair that I took so long to grow out is now super short. To make matters worse, the whole styling process felt very aggressive and frustrating. I honestly felt like I was being thrown around in the chair and manhandled. They repeatedly poked me in the face with their fingers when moving around my hair and the comb kept getting very close to my eyes... When I finally saw the results, the layering was so uneven it was shocking. I wish I had a better picture, but when I got home I was so saddened by the haircut that I cried out of despair and started aggressively cutting it myself just trying to fix it. I came in 10 minutes later and upon walking in I was approached by the lady I spoke to on the phone, her name was My. She was the absolute sweetest lady ever! She took me into her chair and asked me what I wanted. I told her my hair was dead (I was previously blonde then went brunette and just got tired of my hair breaking from brushing my hair) I told her I wanted a medium length, straight blunt cut. She listened to my concerns and even had suggestions on how to take better care of my hair. She then washed my hair and started snipping away. She cut it medium length and last minute I wanted to cut it shoulder length LOL. I just wanted to start all over again as my hair grows pretty fast anyways. She was so sweet and didn't even mind that I wanted to cut more off last minute. When I tell you she took her time with my hair, she took her time! My was so easy to talk to that it felt like I knew her forever. I can honestly say that I'll be back to see her for all future hair cuts and trim touch-ups!
