This was…read moremy first time getting my roof soft washed and I must warn folks who have never got their roofs soft washed that the visible results are NOT immediate (the business makes it clear with the aid of videos on their website but most clients including myself never see the videos until they see the dead light green matter sticking to the roof AFTER the wash). The dead green matter disintegrates and falls off over a period of almost 6 months. So my suggestion would be to get this done early in spring and let summer do the rest. After 6 months, I am extremely happy with the results.

New Jersey Window & Gutter Cleaning is a very thorough, professional, highly skilled, and…read moreconsumer-focused business. I had my gutters flushed after too many years of putting it off (and they were completely blocked); and all the walkways, masonry, front and office stairs, landings, and deck- power washed. Gabriel, the owner suggested doing the painting and staining of the latter now.... instead of in the spring..... when the power washing would have to be done again. I felt he was looking out for my interests, time and pocketbook. The work he and his crew did was exceptional and was done efficiently, neatly, and very reasonably. Gabriel and his crew knew just what to do and left me feeling fortunate to have found them. Professional and "gracious" is the owner and the company. Highly recommended. Jane H. Glen Rock, NJ

We've been using Thorough Cleaning & Concierge for about two years off the recommendation of a…read morefriend who has been using them for a long time. The short of it is they're a top notch, quality service. The longer of it: The cleaning itself is excellent. David's staff is really thorough. We have a decently sized two bedroom apartment and honestly no corner is left untouched. I don't own a pair of white gloves but if I did, no doubt their dusting prowess would pass the test with flying colors. Because of my schedule I haven't met any of the cleaners personally, however my wife has said they're really friendly. We recently used Thorough's concierge service, specifically pet care and they were just as good as the cleaning. Our cat is special needs and not only requires heart medicine every day but also an inhaler - not an easy task. David handled it all with no problem, even driving probably a good 30-40 minutes in inclement weather to take care of him. Which leads me to just the general service and attitude of David. I can't say enough. From the start he was really accommodating. We had a sickness in the family and at the drop of a hat, we could rely on him for basically whatever we needed and he was always happy to meet up for key exchanges, etc. Just generally a really nice guy and that certainly shows in every aspect of the business. Can't recommend Thorough enough!

Buyer -- beware. I…read morewas given an agreed-upon price, and once the work started, the company tried to nearly double the cost. The crew worked for about an hour and a half when the foreman told me my roof was in terrible condition and claimed I needed 61 sheets of plywood at approximately $150 per sheet. He made it sound like the entire roof was in bad shape. I went up to inspect the roof myself and discovered that they had not even opened up three-quarters of the roof. I then had a roofer friend come over and independently check the situation. After everything was properly inspected, I only needed 5 sheets of plywood, which were already included in the original price. When I went to speak with the foreman and questioned him about the 61-sheet claim, I found out that he had left the job site. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you decide to use them, make sure you carefully check their work and verify any additional charges before agreeing to pay them. I believe customers should get what they were quoted and should not be pressured into unnecessary additional costs
