There was such a diverse selection of beer it was super impressive considering it's all made in house. Our server was Jackie and she was great considering she was a one man show for the day. Food was absolutely amazing. Food prices were more than fair considering you can get a full meal and beer for under 20, can't say the same with fast food options in Twin Falls. Food options were from the owners travels and they wanted to bring some of that flavor back home. We had the magic mountain fries for the table and wow- game changer because now I want to add bleu cheese crumbles to my fries moving forward. We also ordered the dierkes dip and a plain burger. At the end of our meal we had a private tour of the brewery! Can't say enough about this place. Can't wait to come back when we visit!

I worked with Hanna to confirm a date and time and agreed the patios might work well for us which worked out great. The patios might was shaded and quite comfortable. I thought the service was good and the blood orange ale and basic burger was very very good. We happened to see photos being taken of the specials for Thursday which was bbq ribs and slaw. We were advised to come back on Thursday for them. The ribs looked so tasty I had to visit the next day and it was worth the wait. The ribs were very moist, smoky and very tasty. The slaw was prepared different from what I'm used to but I couldn't stop eating it. They supplied a mild bbq sauce for the ribs but you really don't need sauce on the ribs at all even though the sauce is flavorful. I have to admit the baked potatoes were unique and tasty as well. Bottom line I'll be returning as I am now a fan. You'll be a fan too should you also visit White Dog.

Once again, the service was abominably slow. Friendly, but so slow as to be off-putting. The food was good, though our fries were stone cold and tough. We wanted to send them back but it took so long to get them the first time that we just gave up and didn't eat them. I honestly can't understand how this place is so popular with the locals. I guess the slow service would be forgivable if the beer were good, but honestly it is absolutely the worst beer I've ever had at a craft brewery. We tried three varieties, and all were insipid and over-hopped. We tried the cider (from another brewer) and left it unfinished on the table. We will not be going back.
