Went to the all you can eat crab boil..absolutely delicious! We're not wine drinkers but all you can eat crab-Yes Please! Staff was amazing, helpful and attentive. You put a credit card down up front so no cash/cards being handled during dinner. Full bar service available and heard their wines were priced well and tasted good. Very casual, outdoors and word to the wise, flys are crazy at a picnic and an outdoor crab feed is no different! There were some of those electronic fly/bee/bug spinners on the tables but not all of them. We heard several repeat guests saying they brought their own! Regardless, sausage, huge shrimp, baby red potatoes and corn on the cob were delicious! We were kept supplied in drawn butter and crab until we couldn't possibly eat another bite. The food in the restaurant for dinner was similar to bar food. The front desk was very polite when we we checking in to the RV park. The full hookups we not placed with much thought of an RV using them. The trees need to mature. Overall the experience was ok. read more

We didn't eat there but the food looked really good. Fun place at the golf course and friendly staff. We had some Chardonnay and thought it was pretty good. Nice inside. Not sure where geir wine comes from or where it's processed but they do grow grapes there. Update: came back the next day for a not cheap dinner (expensive menu!) . Got water and left after 15 mins of no service. We have plenty of food in our rv. Oh well. Its a beautiful place. We didn't eat there and were not golfers. We haven't been there since the new ownership. The previous owners had a peach sangria that was AWESOME. However, although I was excited to learn they also had it available and I bought several bottles of the wine. I just opened a bottle for a special occasion. I was so disappointed in the taste. I don't think they taste it before they put it in the bottles to sell. It was bitter and flat. No hint of a peach sangria. I wish I had asked for a taste test first and I would have saved $100. Stayed here in the rv this week, a quick stopover at this Harvest Host. The winery has a lovely setting. Along with the campground- the vineyard, golf, and a restaurant... all amongst beautiful vines along the river. We ordered a quick dinner to take to the camper at check-in: grilled chicken nachos and a grilled chicken salad. Decent amount of chicken on both meals, and good sized portions overall. My husband thinks I'm nuts, but I dare say too much cheese on the nachos. It was hard to find some chips that weren't drowning. Good for some like him, just a bit cheesy for me. ;) Both meals had great flavor though. A very beautiful place with friendly service. Nice stop for the night. read more

We stopped at this winery on our way home from Twin Falls for lunch on Sunday September 5th. As most places are, they were light staffed. However, our waitress worked her butt off and treated everyone nicely and didn't ignore a single table. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the wines were all delicious. I did a wine flight and a mimosa with stuffed mushrooms and crispy chicken wraps. I want it all again!!! My husband got a bacon cheese burger with fries. The fries were so good but we were so full it was a shame we couldn't finish the last few. The place is beautiful and we were not expecting such a hidden gem! We are excited to go back. read more

My wife, daughter, and I were camping at the state park for three days and we decided to try this place for lunch. We ordered a side of mushrooms, which were cooked in cheese. Mushrooms are not my favorite vegetable, but they were good. I had the fajita chicken salad which was fresh, hot and delicious. I would order this again. My daughter had the coconut chicken with clam chowder and she said it was delicious. She said the clam chowder was excellent as well. My wife had the chef salad and she said it was fresh, good portions and delicious. I had a Hefeweizen beer, which was outstanding, and my wife and daughter had a flight of wine. They bought a bottle of rose' to go. Our waitress was Sharon and we had excellent service. I know with inflation prices have gone up everywhere but this place is outstanding and worth going to again. Walked in the door and waited by the sign reading, "Please wait to be seated." 20 minutes later, after being completely ignored by 3 employees, started perusing bottles of wine for sale. If you want a really good Old Fashioned, ask for Monica. The only thing that would make it great would be if they used a round ice ball, other than that the balance of alcohol, sweet and flavor was perfect. The charcuterie board was good as well. If you've come here for the wine, don't bother. The only wine that came close to being palatable was the Syrah. While the Blue Noir and Reserve Merlot started out with a really nice bouquet, the finish fell flat on its face. The Cabernet Franc tasted like it had been open for several days without being re-corked under vacuum. The Cabernet Sauvignon was lackluster at best. The view? Wanna have some fun for the day? Then try visiting the Y Knot Winery and Golf Course. Golf, eat and wine taste all in one day with only a short drive from Boise. We tested our golfing skills on the 9 hole Y Knot course with much laughter and fun despite a "few" misdirected shots!! Holes #3- a hard right; #6 - bring your big draw driver and #8-bring your hook, are all challenging holes! And do not draw or hook on #2 cuz you won't be able to fish your lost ball out of the treatment ponds on the left side of the fairway - GOOD BY BALL!!! The Golf Course is well maintained and the greens are slower than most courses but very wiggly and challenging. Lunch was enjoyable with great service and the chance to taste some excellent Y Knot wines via one of their tasting ladders. I selected the Semillon and or the Syrah as my favorites of the day? I was so excited to stay at this park and then very disapponted. Nowhere do they tell you where the RV park actually is in relation to the winery OR where to check in.. We parked at the winery and I checked in at the tasting bar with general directions to get to the park - past the house next to the old campground across the street and to the new - a map would have been appreciated. Even more so, it would have been nice to have a way to check in on line - especially since I had prepaid. Usually when we camp for one night we dont unhook. This is the least level site of anywhere we have ever stayed. We had "bananas" to use under the tires on the low side but would have needed several more inches to actually be level. I hoped, like some places we've stayed, they would have a golf cart or some way to take us to the winery. It was 105 out and just too far for us to walk in the heat. They are a winery that may some day figure out how to also run their RV park but in the meantime we sat in the out of level RV surrounded by muddy ground and left the next morning. This is not somewhere I would recommend to a club, a group or another individual for sure. Unfortunately, in the future we will bypass this "RV park" and never get to taste the wine. read more

I have visited this location many times in the past when it was Crossings. A few years ago it was purchased and the name changed. Things seem to have steadily gone down hill since. Over the past two years, the organization of the bar, restaurant, and golf operations has just gotten worse. No one seems to know what to do on busy weekends and customer service is out of the question. Employees actually started arguing with each other as me and my friends were trying to pay for our rounds of golf. We attempted to have dinner one evening but the staff was overwhelmed with the thought of a party of eight and did not hide their displeasure. We decided to venture elsewhere. The one nice addition is their new RV section. However, we will be looking elsewhere for our gatherings moving forward. read more

Genuinely horrid. The workers are clueless as well as the owner, it's trashy. Just went to their annual crab feed and i've never had worse service, crab and overall ambience. Over $100 for fold up tables and chairs at a crab dinner. They screwed up nearly every reservation in our group and then gave no instructions as to where to go or how anything worked. the crab was probably from costco, kid you not. I will never recommend this to anyone, absolutely not worth your money or time. They wouldn't accept cash at an EVENT and used shitty liqour, which wasn't included in the original upfront charge. Overall an embarrassment of such a beautiful property, super unfortunate how down hill it went. read more

I truly enjoy going to this winery. I have been there twice and both times had an enjoyable experience. From the outside it looks like quaint and cute. When you walk into the dining area it transforms into a restaurant with taxidermy which threw me off at first. The food is delicious and their wine pairs well enough with the food. We were driving by through Glenns Ferry and stopped for a wine tasting. Super friendly people. My husband was pleasantly surprised that a full bar was available. So while he had a Jameson and ginger ale, I enjoyed a flight of 5 2oz pours. The Chardonnay was nice. Dry, buttery, delicious. The Semillon was lovely as well, as was the Cab Franc. The Merlot was okay, and I didn't care at all for the Meritage. It was too sour for my taste. We ordered he Mushrooms Marie appetizer, and it was delicious! Four large mushroom caps stuffed with crab, cream cheese, onions and cheese, then baked to bubbly perfection. Perfectly paired with the wine tasting! She was serving over 30 people AND attending the bar. when our food did finally arrive we had no utensils, and we waited for about 10 minutes till we finally got up and got it ourselves. this review is not against the waitress, but against the owner. oh and did I mention the decor.
