I remember getting that ice cream from the Evergreen State Dairy when I was a kid, and wanted them to experience it too. Best ice cream ever! I'm gluten and Dairy free, so sadly, there wasn't anything I could eat. That was fine, though. I wasn't expecting a dairy to serve non-dairy items. My kids were impressed, and loved petting the cats and calves.

I always eat this pie while I'm driving and regret not getting two slices. I got the Bedford ginger beer and it was pretty tasty. Overall, if I'm ever in the area and even if I'm 1.5 hours away I come here. Get yourself some pie and chili.

The cafe has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that fits perfectly with the laid-back feel of Sequim. Definitely a nice little local spot to grab breakfast or coffee if you're in the area. The coffee was outstanding, and they offer a great selection of freshly roasted beans, from light to dark roasts. The pastry case looked amazing, and they also feature daily specials. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and I'll definitely be coming back for it--it was excellent! My wife had the spinach frittata with cheese and bacon, and she loved it. We only wish we had a place like this closer to home in Seattle. There are plenty of great coffee shops there, but this café has a special hometown feel that makes you want to come back.
