Usually fruit ice cream has cooked down fruit swirled in as a jam to avoid ice crystals, but the cooking process changes the taste and consistency of the fruit. This is a way to enjoy the taste of the fruit with minimal adulterations and with a smooth consistency. Each order is made on the spot, so it may take longer. Be sure to check out the restaurants also in the building, or if you're not interested in food, there's also an art gallery and arcade. It tasted very artificial. For some reason, I couldn't taste any frozen yogurt. Typically, with froyo, you can taste a mild, slight tartness from the yogurt, but there wasn't any. Either they stopped serving froyo, or the flavors were just too subtle. Regardless, my best analogy would be a self-serve ice cream machine from Golden Corral. The only thing that I enjoyed about this place was that it was not weight-based; you can select as many flavors and as much as you want to fit in your cup. Additionally, I enjoyed their toppings bar, where they had a whole host of options to put into your bowl, ranging from cereal to crushed chocolate bars, strawberries, and different syrups as well.
