I love this froyo spot!! It really is the sweet spot! The only thing that would make this place better is if they shifted their hours. I would come here for breakfast if I could. If they were open from 9am-2pm and 4pm-8pm that would be ideal! I actually crave ice cream and froyo much more in the colder months than in the summer. I have found that ice cream and froyo businesses in Seattle seem to be favored by folks like me in the colder months as well. Everything in this shop is clean and tables are spaced out if you decide to eat inside. They have a good number of exciting flavors and toppings for days! I got caught up in the idea of trying this place, especially after seeing the check-in offer. They let me sample the Dole pineapple soft serve, but it just tasted too strong for me. I ended up getting vanilla and putting peaches and strawberries on it because they seemed like the most appealing toppings, but it's just not as good as when the fruit is all blended in like the New Zealand style ice cream I tried recently. It's very kid friendly, and there are a lot of toppings to choose from. The frozen yogurt is good, but not any better than any other soft serve. Unless you're really into the idea of adding a lot of toppings, the price isn't going to be worth it to you. Also, I had a heck of a time getting the employee I was asking questions to speak up and had to ask her to repeat multiple times. Very clean. Exactly what you expect from Fro-Yo joints. Rotating flavors with a bazillion toppings to choose from. They are doing their part not handing out cups until the client sanatizes their hands. My friend actually had to do hers a second time because of a change in gals at the register and the second gal, she wasn't having a good day, a little snapping turtle. My family and I will never be coming back here again for a few reasons. The first reason is the young gal behind the counter. Her attitude towards my young son was extremely frustrating. She was berating his every move as soon as we walked in. They are extremely strict with asking the customer to sanitize their hands, this is very uncomfortable for those with cracked skin or eczema, but don't expect the gal behind the counter to care. She will repeatedly bark at you until you do so, even if it's at the expense of children burning their skin. To top it off she barked at my son to move his mask above his nose. Is this really necessary when I, his mother, am standing right next to him? Please leave the correcting to the parents, not the individuals whom are too young to even have children yet. And remember, it's not what you say, but how you say it. She was extremely condescending about it. Also ask yourself how important it is for you to police your customers over this when we we're taking our masks off to consume the yogurt. Is the power trip of an attitude necessary? Second reason for not coming back is the fact that if you show up near the time of opening your yogurt will come out like the consistency of water and they expect you to not care. Also, I have been here three times hoping for tart. The first time it came out like water, the next two times it wasn't available. Our experience has been uncomfortable every time we have come here, so we're just not coming back. Why pay for overpriced yogurt when the employees treat you terribly? read more

So their punch card says "buy 10 and the NEXT 16 oz. is free". We purchased our 11th froyo. The young man stated he needs to write free on the first card, gave me back the full punched card and gave me another punch card with the 11th froyo purchased and stated we would get our 12th froyo free. " he didn't write the rules, all you need to know is your next one is free" - per the young man working February 14th, 2019 evening. The punch card specifically says "buy 10 and get the next 16oz. free". If the punch cards are not honored by the business that produced them, that's fine. I just think it's rude not to honor your own punch card that I've been carrying around from for my daughter. This evening my nine year old learned that not all businesses honor their own promotions, definitely going to share this disappointment with her friends and I'll have to share with other parents. What do you think? Has anyone else had this experience with this business? UPDATE: Apparently they do honor their promotional punch card. And the rude response I received just for asking questions was addressed? I'll say it again, because this was still over looked. It should be OK not to know the answer to questions customers may ask. It's nothing to get defensive about. No one knows the answers to everything. Yes, I've never forgotten, we're all human. We all make mistakes and we all miscommunicate from time to time. I had a feeling the rudeness was either taking a bad day out on me or nervousness not knowing the answers to my questions. But I wasn't sure what was going on. This place is great! Many great flavours and toppings. There is plenty of seating, and the cashier was polite. However, this place is very expensive! It was $12 for our two frozen yogurts. However to be fair, our containers were pretty full. Would I come back? Yes, but only if it was really hot out. read more

It's the only one of its kind in Sequim and kids enjoy putting on their own toppings but it's overpriced. In California, I'd spend an average of $2 less per person. Kind of disappointing. You can't fill up the small size container and get out for two people for under $15 bucks. In California the fro yo places would average about $5 per person (yes including the weight with toppings.) I stopped in on this hot afternoon with my last $10 thinking it would be plenty unfortunately I was short when it came time to pay, one of the employees said that everything was okay, and that she would cover the remaining balance. I was beside myself with this young lady's kindness and willingness to help a customer out. I plan on going back to repay her but that's all beside the point. We come to the Sweet every few weeks and love the yogurt. However, today 9/15/2018 at 1pm. The employee was making out with her boyfriend at the register behind the counter. We felt that was inappropriate. They were doing this when we walked in and it only stopped when we got to the register. This was my first visit, I heard about this family owned yogurt shop I'm from Cali, and was very impressed on the friendliness, and cleanliness I saw a nice women cleaning and keeping everything so prestine and she was so sweet to me and told me to try a sample so I did and it was delicious and I was shocked how they have so many toppings to choose from, And I will definitely be back while I'm here on vacation with my husband. We've been here a few times and although it's super overpriced because there isn't any other competition in town except for Sunny Farms Frozen Yogurt (which is MUCH better by the way). Anyhow, my main comment is to let their future customers know we were about to go in and purchase 3 yogurts when we pulled into the parking lot and watched the young blonde female employee using her fingers to take samples from the spout. She was pulling the yogurt handle down while the yogurt went into her hand, she put the yogurt in her mouth and then did that same thing a couple more times as she licked her fingers. Nobody was inside and we watched from a parking spot in front of the other stores next door. Pretty sure she didn't not know we were about to go inside which we ended up changing our minds for obvious reasons. Due to the uncleanliness and bad health issue that can turn into we decided we won't be purchasing yogurt from them ever again. Sunny Farms will now get our business for frozen yogurt. Let me suggest: They need to have cameras for accountability or train their employees better to never use their fingers to eat out of the spout that serves customers! Gross! read more

The place has a good variety of frozen yogurts to chose from, but as most commercially frozen soft yogurt are made, it does contain corn syrup. At least it's not high fructose corn syrup, which is the worst type. Although I could not try their frozen yogurts since I have a reaction to corn syrup and also to the artificial sweeteners that are used for the sugarless ones, this spot seems clean and well operated. Also, the cashier was very friendly when I asked for an ingredient list. Even though I cannot enjoy their treats, in a small town like Sequim, it is very fortunate to have a Sweet Spot like this for the town folk and tourists to enjoy. read more

First, to the person who wrote the novel about the punch card - Go in, talk to the owner or manager and I am sure you would get your free fro yo. I go in there a lot and have always gotten my free fro yo once I have purchased 10. So you went in one day and had one kid make a mistake. I have had great experiences every time I've gone in. It's a great place to go for a special treat. Everything is clean and filled and the prices are fair. My daughter wanted to get some frozen yougurt at this establishment so we drove all the way from PA to get it . Immediately after we got back into the truck she said you should taste it ... it tastes spoiled . I told her it was likely the flavor of the yougurt . I tried it when we got home and indeed it tasted spoiled ! I called them and told the it didn't taste normal that it even spelled spoiled . The girl assured me that it was fine and that they put new product in the machines daily . I call BS because it was horrible tasting . I told the girl she should try it before someone else has the same horrid experience and she said she would later maybe that she was working!!! Seriously ? Then by this time my daughter felt sick so I decided to take some of the melted product ( BLACKBERRY ) so everyone knows , to let the girl smell it and " they" 2 girls ( the one that answered the phone and the other one that had rude remarks in the background on the phone earlier ) , and she said it was fine . She even told me that it sometimes smells that way and other times it doesn't. Well let me tell you , she snidely apologized with no meaning and NEVER once offered a refund or replacement . Beware and shame on them for being so rude . I've run and managed companies before and if it were my money and livelihood in their hands they would be terminated if my employees treated my customers the way I was treated ! This frozen yogurt shop will NOT leave you disappointed if your craving something healthy and delicious. I am quite a frozen yogurt aficionado and I feel more than qualified to rate this shop an A+. From the second you enter the staff great you with a wonderful hello and a smile and the music is always enjoyable. It's very friendly for both kids as well as adults.
