Though this was my first time visiting the Honey Bunny in Hixson, I've been to all their other…read morelocations in town-- and this one was pretty much the same. From the waiting room decor, the setup & cleanliness of the rooms, and the reasonable price of $35, they've done a good job keeping their brand consistent. Basically, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Service-wise, this holds true as well. I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs. I'm not sure why this happens and if it's my bad or theirs!) I still love my waxing spot in ATL that I hit when I head to work, but this is certainly a great alternative here in town.

I requested Peter because he was mentioned repeatedly in the reviews I scanned. Mistake…read more He was 30 minutes late to the appointment, on a weekday, at lunchtime. So I was late back to work - not a huge deal because my schedule is flexible but adding thirty minutes to the end of my day wasn't appreciated. But okay. Shit happens. The pedicure was good. No pushing me for upgrades, no pressure. I appreciate that. The manicure - good god. He cut every single one of my fingers. Every. Single. One. And LAUGHED about it repeatedly. Literally was like "did it again!" I'm not sure why I even stayed, lol. I couldn't believe it. I finally pulled my hand away and looked at him and he laughed and said "last time I promise". Yeah. It was the last finger you had. Anyway the paint was so bumpy on my fingers. Now my cuticles are all scabbed. What a waste of time and money. I tipped because I felt bad and the pedicure was good, but I wish I hadn't. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. Hopefully I don't get an infection.

This was my second time going for eyebrows normally I like them today she left them super thin. Then she kept asking me if I wanted my eyelashes I kept saying no and she kept saying they would look natural I said ok if they look natural I have an event this week I agreed. After she was done I told her I didn't like the eyelashes and to take the off she said to keep them on for 30min and I can come back for removal if I still don't like them. I went back before the 30min. She took them off and didn't offer no refund no nothing. Terrible service

I loved the waxing job they did, the coupons, the cleanliness, etc. And I was thrilled I had found my go-to place for waxing. Today was my second visit. I called at 9:45am and asked for their earliest opening. The lady told me 10:30am. I was there at 10:25am. And I sat there until 10:55am, at which point I politely asked what was happening. The front desk lady told me it was because the client before me was taking so long... At 11am, after 35 minutes of waiting, this client was finished - and it was the client that was walked in at 10:35am. So, either they let her go before me, but most likely were just running way behind. My eyebrow wax took less than 5 minutes and despite 35+ minutes of waiting and the conversation I had with the front desk lady - she still had the nerve to ask how my services were (fully aware I was upset) and CHARGED ME FULL CHARGE. A couple tips: * Learn how to schedule so you don't waste people's time. I could have easily come in at 11, but you said 10:30 was open. * When you screw up and a client is unhappy for appropriate reasons, make it up to them.
