They have a tube rental truck where we rented our tubes for the lazy river over at Rock Springs. We stopped in for a few beers and a quick bite after tubing. Immediately the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. Chill, relaxed and easy going. Our bartender was a lovely chatty woman, serving with a smile and great recommendations for what we should do next. We ordered food & drinks and played some tunes on their touch tunes jukebox box. We amused ourselves with the customary message on a dollar bill tapped to the roof activity. The food came out crisp and hot. Fries were excellent! Wings juicy. Chicken tenders fried perfectly. They are a beer and wine establishment. No hard liquor. An elderly gentleman man, who we assumed was the owner, came over to say hello to us and was very pleasant also with recommendations for our next adventure. The burgers arrived and they were excellent- just what me and the wife were craving. am not usually a fan of crinkle-cut fries, but I make an exception here- the are crispy and tasty. The burgers were tasty and delicious, just like I remembered. We both scarfed our burgers down fairly quickly. It was Karaoke night, but there weren't any takers, so the DJ sang most of the songs, and I must admit, he was pretty entertaining. But the surprise of the night was when the chef came out and sang a song- he can not only cook a mean burger, he can sing! My friend went to grab her a chair, but she left and went to the bar. 15 minutes later she came back with another woman. The woman asked why I wouldn't let the lady sit with us and asked me to go outside so she could beat my a$$. We explained the situation and the lady apologized and said the woman is a regular there and a drunk so she's not surprised she lied. This lady continued to tell people in the bar the lie to the point where we feared for our safety. They promote karaoke every night, but the DJ will not play your song unless you tip him $20. Those were his exact words to me. For safety purposes, I don't recommend going here.

Upon entering we realized one of our favorite bands was playing here tonight, Monticelli, sweet!! These brothers are the best, what a serendipity:) It's a bummer we got here so late but we were able to catch the end of their second set and most of their third set. They even played Megadeth for me, sweet! It wasn't too busy at the bar, mostly locals but it took forever to get a drink. I don't know if the bartender was new but she couldn't tell me the price for a bottled yuengling. She said she needed my name for a tab and I told here I'm paying cash, so how much? She said it depends on which band is playing, what???? Anyway I ended up just taking the beer and went to watch the band because she never returned to take my money. When I went to cash out before leaving it still took her 5 min to figure out what I owed for one beer really??? It ended up costing $5, great. Wish I knew that from the get go. The bar is a decent size and they have a large open area where they can set up more tables if needed. There is also a decent sized dance floor and stage for local bands. The sound was decent and lighting was passable for a dive bar. The men's restroom only has one toilet and urinal in a shared stall, a bit weird but it will due. They have a large parking lot with plenty of parking, which is great for crowds or food truck parties. All-n-all, a great place to hang with friends, have a cold beer, and listen to live music.
