I think the chicken had some heat its own, but the extra heat is added after it's fried with this dry seasoning they toss it in or sprinkle on after it's fried. I feel like the heat should be in the chicken itself and not just added on top......but anyway, I'll probably be back again. The cashier was a very sweet young lady.
