As it turned out they gave us the wrong ones and we had to postpone the change until we could exchange them the following week. During the time from Friday-Tuesday (when we returned them) the breaks went from squeaking to now grinding. As we pulled in my husband looked at the rotors...YUP, they now needed replaced also. When we explained the situation a very friendly clerk named Rebekah said that they would replace the rotors, as it was their fault we had not gotten the right product to fix it the first time. As she called over her manager (Kris) to approve the transaction, my husband stood there in dis-belief..."Does this really happen?!?!" we said to each other. Customer Service at it's finest!!! We will never go anywhere else for parts again...even if we have to drive 4 hours round trip. We will be forever grateful for the kindness, customer service, and attention from Rebekah and Kris. I tried several times to give him the money, which was barely enough to cover a coffee at Starbucks, but he just wouldn't have it. Truely a genuinely kind person who enjoys working with people!
