Over the past year, I've been looking for a great affordable used Class B RV so I could get out on the road, explore the US, visit family, and get my first taste of the RV lifestyle. Thanks to Rachel and Michael of Camper Clinic II, now I'm ready to roll! Here's what the experience was like for me: Traveling North on I-35, I spotted a used Class B van on the lot that piqued my interest. Being after-hours, the website satisfied my curiosity with a selection of interior and exterior photos of the unit. This one looked very promising. I sent a web inquiry the next day and was quickly contacted by Rachel who answered my questions and invited me to stop in for a viewing. Her attention and follow-up were the perfect amount to allow me "room to breathe" and move forward at the same time. My work keeps me very busy, so I appreciated her "Goldilocks" approach to following-up: not too little, not too much, but just right amount. When Rachel was busy helping others, Michael was right there to carry the torch and take care of me. Prior to the viewing, we discussed budget and found a number we all agreed on, which was a quick and extremely smooth process. As a result, I placed a refundable no-risk deposit on the vehicle, sight unseen, to hold it for me. The following day I made the trip to view and take it for a spin and was extremely happy with the condition of the unit. They helped me schedule a safety inspection prior to my taking possession and managed to work it in to have it completed on a very busy Saturday instead of having me wait until Monday. As part of the deal, Rachel and Michael also went the extra mile to have the dash A/C checked onsite, informed me that a small leak was evident, and took steps to ensure I'd be able to resolve the issue quickly. With early summer temperatures already in the 100s, this is a real-world example of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, it speaks volumes when a company (management) stands behind the salespeople who work hard to ensure a truly exceptional buyer experience. The day I showed up to pick up my RV I arrived earlier than my appointment time. As I waited in the front lounge for other buyers to complete their final paperwork, I got to know some other members of the friendly staff, browsed through some brochures and the parts/accessories catalog, and chatted with another friendly customer who was looking to purchase a travel trailer. The water cooler was convenient, the restroom was clean, and I even browsed the selection of accessories stocked in the on-site store in back. When it was my turn, the paperwork process was efficient and easy. If it's not already clear, my experience from start-to-finish was exceptional and is exactly the experience I hope you have with the Camper Clinic II team. If you call or stop by, ask for Rachel. Ask for Michael. Or if neither of my favorites are available, I'm sure whoever helps you will take good care of you (an extra "Thank You" to Annie in reception and Colin in sales, too). For what it's worth, if you want to get out and do some RVing, traveling, or comfort camping, you really should. The Camper Clinic II team can help you do just that. Have fun and maybe I'll see you out there! read more

I live in California and after deciding that I wanted an Airstream I sent an email to every dealership in the United States trying to make a deal. Most were uncooperative and there were only two trailers that were available anywhere in the country during the next six months. Able Gonzales the general manager responded right away and advised that he would have his top salesman Isaiah Chavan, contact me the next morning. Like clockwork The next morning Isaiah called and got busy showing me exactly what was available and the delivery date of everything on the market. After strikinG what I considered a very favorable deal all he requested was a $2000 deposit to hold the trailer until I could drive out there in approximately two weeks when the trailer would be delivered. You can imagine how risky it is to do business with people from across country that neither one of them knows each other especially when this involves sending a $75,000 wire transfer. But Isaiah had been so involved with so many detailed communications responding to every single question I had that I stepped out on faith and trusted him. When we arrived to pick up the trailer they had it staged front and center of their dealership completely detailed and plugged in ready to go. I had read some of the reviews on here so I was a little wary and braced myself for some last minute shenanigans and extra costs etc. Not only did that not occur but we had filled out all the paperwork online in advance so all that was left was to install a reliable weight distribution hitch on the trailer and receiver on my car. The car is a high tech 2021 Mercedes SUV with more technology than anyone understands as far as auto-leveling and connections. Isaiah put his top mechanic, Brandon to work making sure that everything was right. It took several hours more than any of us figured to get things working due to the complex nature of the car. Not quite satisfied that everything was perfect they requested that we stay the night and come back the next morning to double check everything. I have bought and sold a lot of new and used vehicles in my life and I must say this dealership is one of the best and most professional that I've ever encountered. I don't know what happened with the other people complaining here but if anybody has any questions for me please don't hesitate to send a message and I will provide photos and more details. I highly recommend this dealership and Isaiah in particular read more

We made the decision to trade from our Mobile Suite 5th Wheel and buy an Airstream and contacted Camper Clinic 2. I inquired on a Saturday night and by Sunday morning I had an email from Rachel Adams reaching out to determine our needs so she could start looking to help us find our dream Classic Airstream with the perfect floor plan. That is exactly what she did...so how could we say no? That day as we worked with Rachel she put an action plan in place and we purchased it that day and picked it up the following Saturday. She was waiting for us and our trade and both her and Kevin made the transition to the Airstream seamless. Kevin was very thorough going through the RV with all the systems and very knowledgeable. What a team he and Rachel make. I must also add kudos to Jason in finance for making the deal happen for us. He provided us with information on additional protection coverage for the investment that will well be worth it in future years. He was a delight to deal with. Rachel is not only a fantastic face for this dealership but she is an amazing young lady who is well seasoned in RV knowledge and sales......there was never a doubt she knew her "stuff" and what a infectious personality that clearly shows her patience and concern for her customers. We had just bought a new home that was well over $500k and I will say this--I did not get the service on that near what Rachel gave us.....she had a beautiful orchid and the most darling ceramic travel trailer in the Airstream when we went in it....such a great touch. She and I are going to go zip lining with the Airstream club and I see many years of friendship there....love love her......she is the real deal. Ladies, the RV world's demographics has changed drastically and Rachel will guide you through the process and treat you with the utmost respect. And you will make a new friend I promise. Camper Clinic 2 is a great dealership from their front line sales to the finance, service and parts departments....you will not be disappointed.....we certainly were not. read more

I don't even know where to begin without making this a novel! After receiving less than poor customer service from a nearby competitor, it was an absolute joy to be dealing with the folks at Camper Clinic. My son was looking for an RV but after his previous experience and some research, he set his sights on an Airstream. He had no idea he would be dealing with one of the top 3 Airstream Specialists in the country when he walked in but he was sold as soon as Ms. Rachel Adams started speaking with authority about Airstreams. We didn't know anything about RVs or Airstreams but Rachel was kind and patient and answered all of our dumb questions. She put us (my son was buying but the whole family was there for support) at ease and made us feel comfortable with the decision. My son purchased his Airstream on my birthday which was a surprise to me. What was more of a surprise was the fact that it seemed like everyone knew including the employees at Camper Clinic! Jason, the Business Manager, could have another career in acting because he helped pull off the surprise quite nicely. It was a good day and I will tell anyone that if they're looking to buy an RV or Airstream they should buy it from the good folks at Camper Clinic in Buda. I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent customer service of the entire organization. From the receptionist to the service team to the sales staff and parts staff. Everyone was just great! My son had a walk through to learn about his new home and will have another one later in the fall. The process was a bit overwhelming like when you're making any big purchase but everyone did their best in making us feel comfortable and at ease by taking all the time we needed to walk us through everything and answer all of our questions. Thank you all so much. read more

Isaiah (Izzy) went above and beyond in what anyone could expect in terms of support. My wife & I called Isaiah up regarding a used (20yr old) Airstream in the spring. Isaiah was quick to respond in a very helpful way, and when we got there he rolled out the carpet so to speak to ensure we had a great experience, and the top-notch service did not stop there. As we were looking at the Airstream, we realized that a lot of work needed to be done. Isaiah was quick to recommend an expert in the field (Robert Thompson - Rivet Restoration, who also does great work) and Isaiah went so far to invite Robert to the dealership at a later date to look over the Airstream, and Isaiah coordinated a call with us and Robert to discuss the work on his phone. After we agreed to work with Robert (after completing the transaction) Isaiah organized with Robert of Rivet Restoration to have the Airstream towed to San Marcos (we're in Dallas). During the restoration process, Isaiah kept in touch with us to ensure we were happy with the progress. Mind you, he was effectively out of the transaction at this point. Yes, we had not received the Airstream yet, but from our view Isaiah was doing this to ensure we were taken care of. Through the five months of this process, Isaiah was always concerned about whether or not we were taken care of and were happy with the service we were receiving. He was also very candid with work that needed to be done or providing honest assessments on what our next steps would be. Isaiah followed up through and after delivery of our Airstream to Dallas from Buda, TX. You'd be hard pressed to find someone more pleasurable to work with than Isaiah if you're looking to buy an RV. Camper Clinic II in total was great, but Isaiah was beyond impressive. read more

My brother and I had looked at RVs for quite a while and decided to purchase an Airstream. Camper Clinic 2 in Buda, TX happened to have the model that we were looking for so we decided to take a look. When we arrived on the lot we were met by Steve Ridenour, a sales associate that had a great deal of knowledge to share, so much so we ended taking his advice, changed our original desired floor plan and couldn't be happier with that decision. He walked us through the entire process, start to finish, & continued to reach out to ask if we had any questions regarding our decision. Any questions that we had he would answer. We were 100% newbies and a little intimidated yet he made the process smooth and we never once felt like we were being "sold". Once we purchased our trailer we met Carlos in the accessories department. Same great service. He walked us through the accessories that were an absolute must and steered us away from the ones that weren't necessary. Lastly when it was time to hook up and drive out, James installed the necessary hitch, showed us how to operate it, then proceeded to walk us through the trailer, front to back, inside and out explaining every detail of each function. We left the lot feeling confident in setting up our first camp. I have to add that through conversation Steve Ridenour learned that my daughter was having a few issues and I showed up during our delivery to find that he had hand made a gift for her. It meant a lot to both of us and proved that we were more than a walking open wallet. The Airstream was a big purchase for us and the service, instruction, and care we received before, during and after the sale will be the reason we return to Camper Clinic 2 when it's time to upgrade. read more

My husband and I have been searching for months for the perfect Airstream as well as the perfect sales associate. If I'm being honest, we have avoided Camper Clinic because of the less than stellar reviews here. Well, while searching YouTube for video walkthroughs, I ran across a video posted by one of Camper Clinic's sales members. I reached out to see if that unit was still up for sale and was blown away at the professional interaction I had with Isaiah Chavan. I strongly dislike feeling pressured or "sold to" and nothing will make me walk away from a deal faster. Isaiah was informative, cheerful in an authentic way, and quick to give me a price that was better than the other regional locations. He didn't pull the "Let me check with my manager" back and forth script like most other locations where they leave you squirming in anticipation (read insulted and frustrated). Everything was quick and down to business. Once we agreed on a price the paperwork was fast, simple and exactly the numbers we had discussed. Isaiah is Johnny on the spot with any followup information you might want or need. I'm so glad he took the time to post that video otherwise we'd still be avoiding Camper Clinic and the inventory that was right under our nose. I will be updating my review further down the road as we interact with their service department. Long story short, do not hesitate calling Isaiah if you are searching for the perfect Airstream (I think they sell other RV's too) and the perfect sales associate. I only regret not finding him sooner! read more

Airstream of Austin (previously Camper Clinic II) runs on a toxic used-car culture masquerading under a premium corporate banner. If you are an intelligent buyer who values accountability and transparency, do not waste your energy trying to do business with this floor. The entire environment is built on short-sighted, transactional velocity. Nobody wants to be there, and it shows. My original sales rep was gone before the ink even dried on the initial paperwork. The hand-off process was a complete joke - the replacement rep couldn't even manage basic eye contact and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The fish rots from the head down here. When I escalated the floor's passive-aggressive attitude to the sales manager, she couldn't care less. Instead of stepping in to stabilize the client relationship, she actively defended the laziness and indifference. This toxic management style directly affects what they pull on the lot. Because they are a meat-market operation focused entirely on moving metal fast, their checklist process is a total fiction. They have zero qualms about rushing a delivery past the goalpost with broken core systems, letting the customer face total system failures eight hours into ownership while they celebrate their monthly numbers. Discriminating consumers know how to read between the lines. This team treats a premium product with a basement-level commodity mindset. Go to a dealership that actually respects the brand and the consumer. read more

New RV Travel Trailer owner. I shopped several dealers and found one that had the right floor plan and amenities for me. I was originally thinking Airstream but couldn't justify the price. Chuck Wolff was patient and very knowledgeable while we made our decision and did not push. We were able to reach agreement on the price. The walk thru was thorough and David was extremely helpful with personal tips and was willing to spend all the time necessary until I was comfortable about all systems. Jennifer Adams was very organized and made the purchase documentation smooth and fast. After getting the trailer home and setting up (easy after the walk thru) I could not find an outdoor wall mount tabletop for the BBQ grill that I had seen during the walk thru. I stopped by the dealership for a couple of supply items that I wanted to purchase and asked for David to see if he could remember where it was stored. He took the time to take me to similar models on the lot and we looked for where it might have been stored until we finally came to a small tray under the sleeper sofa and he quizzed if I had looked there. I had not remembered that the tray was there and that was where I had seen the tray. David was so nice to take the time to help me search and find the tray. Over the top in customer service and assistance, Dave! read more

I've had a great experience with Camper Clinic II. Ask for RC, we think he did a great job. He helped set up the initial order which would have arrived in Jan21. He looked out for us and contacted us when someone wasn't able to take their ordered Airstream so we were able to get almost the same one in October!! Also his manager, Able, was very nice to deal with on choosing date to close on the purchase. For your PreDeliveryInspection ask for BrandonG. He really knows his stuff and took his time with us. He pointed out issues with our Airstream's exhaust fan that he came across before we would found it, and this built up my confidence that they weren't trying to hide anything before I purchased it, and that their company would take care of these things even after driving off the lot. 2 weeks later the required part came in and they fixed it. We are still waiting for the plates and title, but am guessing this may be slower because of the pandamic. The entire team from sales, parts and service has always been very friendly and treated us as a customer would want and expect. I'll add more to this review as our experience with them grows/continues, but for now I highly recommend them and would be happy to refer friends who are interested in getting an Airstream to go with Camper Clinic II. read more

Above and beyond customer service. I purchased a 2015 Sabre May of 2015 from out of town because my local dealer did not have what I wanted in stock. After purchasing it I soon find out that the Sabre dealer in San Antonio made it very obvious to me they were upset by telling me service wait times of 3-4 months before they would even look at it. So I called Camper Clinic 2 in Buda who are Palomino dealers but not Sabre. I was put in touch with Melanie in service who with no hesitation treated me as if I had purchased my RV from them and got me right in. If she only had known what she was in for, due to the extensive long list of warranty items and odd issues that my unit had wrong with it. Never once did she show frustration for the extra hassle to assist me in getting my rig the way it should have been from the factory and dealer I had purchased from. She was very professional and genuinely determined to get it right and make sure I was happy. I have been back a few times over the last year and am continually impressed. It is refreshing to see that customer service goes beyond just the New Sales and extends into service, even to outsiders. Thanks Melanie. Jason R. read more

My wife and I ordered a 2022 Airstream on September 11th and at that time our sales rep Isaiah said it would roll off production around Christmas and arrive the first week of January 2022. He kept in constant contact with us and visited with us a few times over the next 3 months answering all the questions from us first time RV owners. With the supply chain shortages all over the country, we were prepared for the worst but our Airstream rolled off the line on December 22nd and was in Buda on December 27th. We took delivery on December 31st and had excellent service from Henry in finance on all the paperwork. Our service tech Branden was the MVP as he led us through the walk through, installed the hitch, installed a wireless brake system, and installed the camera on New Year's Eve long after the dealer was supposed to be closed. Bottom line, we were camping on New Year's Eve and had an awesome trip. The term "happy camper" is real after our experience with Isaiah and Branden as well as the staff in the parts department who stepped up with the parts for the hitch and brakes. Thank you! Buying a first travel trailer for some novice campers isn't easy. You wonder at every turn if this is going to work out, in every way. For us, Camper Clinic ll was the right place to be. Our salesperson, Rachel Adams, listened carefully to us, found the answers to our questions, and then helped to bring us a feelings of confidence and excitement as we walked towards the purchase of our first Airstream. (You need that confidence to change your way of life and to get up and get out!) One thing that mattered was that Rachel had a caring attitude that was genuine. When I looked at having to spend hours at the dealership one afternoon because my ride faltered, Rachel even paid for my Lyft ride home, making sure I was cared for. I couldn't talk her out of it! That was a kindness that wasn't expected, but so appreciated. Over and over, there were many places where this occurred from so many different folks...Joe, James, Bill, Matt, Annie...and more! Really nice service, thoughtful answers, and the encouragement to try something new...that was what we found at Camper Clinic ll. read more

Our overall experience with Camper Clinic II has been refreshing. We didn't have a good experience at the Camper Clinic in Rockport. I came here for one reason and that's to pass on our gratitude to Brian Parmelee, the service manager at this Camper Clinic. He is a huge gift. I can't go into great detail but our family has faced such hardship with our 2020 Forest River destination trailer. Our struggles were with Camper Clinic I and with the manufacturer, Forest River. When we discovered a leak in our replacement RV, it was picked up and damaged in transport to the Camper Climic II in Buda. The gentlemen who transported and damaged our RV in transport said he didn't do so and Brian fought to ensure the truth was told and the damage was remedied. Brian handled every detail with professionalism, kindness and true concern. He is a huge asset to this company and has earned this recognition. Brian, thank you for going above and beyond when you didn't have to. You showed such compassion for a stranger and bent over backwards to try to right a difficult situation. read more

Buying my very first travel trailer, I was going into Camper Clinic expecting to be overwhelmed and confused, but Brian was extremely informative and worked with my budget. He didn't pressure me into a sale and instead guided me through all the models that were both within my means, and to my specific requests. He made me feel like he honestly cared about my happiness. After I picked out the RV I wanted, Jennifer was patient and friendly. She answered all of my questions and even helped me contact an insurance company so that I was protected. Once everything was done, I was still worried because I had never owned a trailer and had no idea how to control any of the settings or work any of the gear. Dave calmed my anxiety by thoroughly walking me through my RV. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and even had some helpful tips that I would have never thought about. My entire experience ran smoothly and was virtually stress free. (If you're reading this, Thank you Camper Clinic II for making my experience a pleasant one. You deserve a cookie!) read more

three years ago we stumbled on to Camper Clinic II just to go look. We found we were able to go in to look around - no pushy sales pitch. Then, we met Rachel and she heard what we needed and in the matter of hours we had test driven what we liked, gone in to financing and was out the other side. Rachel continued to check on us, tell us when she was going to be at RV shows, and when we decided we wanted something else, we wanted to go to the same place and see Rachel. Even though they didn't carry what we were looking for, low and behold they had ONE on the lot. We discussed, and ended up not only getting our new rig, but gave the consignment to Camper Clinic II as well. Also, shout out to Jamie in the service department. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really helped us get to know our new rig. Even went the extra mile to help us get the ball hitch just right! Thanks for making it easy guys! And as always, thank you Rachel for making it fun too. Y'all really go the extra mile for your customers and it has not gone unnoticed. read more

We recently attended the Austin RV show and was amazed at the selection of campers. My husband and I have always wanted an Airstream and since we both turn 60 this year and celebrating 35 years of marriage we figured we deserved one. We met Rachel the salesperson for Airstream and she was wonderful. She was very attentive, sincere, and found us just what we wanted. She made the purchase of our Airstream very pleasant and stress-free. Another person I would like to say was great is Kevin - he showed us all of the ins and outs of our camper, answered all of our questions, took his time, and put our minds at ease considering all of the moving parts we were going to have to deal with. They set us up for one night at a local RV park so we could practice camping - which turned out to be a big learning experience. We just returned from the Grand Canyon and It was wonderful camping in the snow. The furnace in our AS kept us so warm. So, thank you Rachel and Kevin for making our AS experience so pleasant. read more

Bought new Airstream FC from CCII. Got bids from a number of places all over the country, including the dealership nearest me. Lowest price was at CCII, 12 hours away from home. Service was superb. My salesman, RC Cuellar, was unusually responsive. Before and after my order (took Airstream 3 months to build it), I had lots of questions. I would send texts. Usually in the evening or during weekends. Did not expect response until business hours. RC regularly responded immediately--even late on Sunday evening. RC provided regularly updates on progress and estimated delivery time and was able to pull off a last minute modification. The orientation process was superb. Brandon was the tech who installed my ProPride hitch and gave me the orientation; also service manager joined in (not sure of his name). They were polite and extremely helpful. This was a great buying experience. I recommend you get a bid from this place. Ask for RC. Henry, the F&I guy, was efficient. read more

We began our relationship with Rachel when she sold us sold us both of our previous Airstreams In 2017. When we were ready to move on from our 30' Airstream Flying Cloud towable to a drivable RV of coarse we contacted our favorite RV go-to-person, Rachel, at Camper Clinic II She immediately got to work providing options for our third purchase with her. Once we had it narrowed down to a few RV's It was time to see them in person and test drive. Since I am the primary user in our family I headed to Buda. I took my visiting niece along to get a passenger prospective. After a test drive and I made decision to trade our towable for the 2020 Thor Compass with a Mercedes Diesel engine. We love it!!! From our first contact with Rachel to our purchase completion with Joe and RV walkthrough with Robert and James we had a great experience. I was able to comfortably drive our new RV home with confidence. Hubby loves the ease of use as do I! read more
