We called Elite and Cuahutli came out to give a quote and we felt very comfortable with him and his presence that we decided not to get any further quotes and move forward with Elite and his team. Everything on their end went as smooth as it could be but an unforeseen issue with SDGE electrical and an issue with our complex caused some problems. Elite was in direct contact with us every step of the way making sure they support us while the issue got figured out. They were very responsive EVERY step of the way and just great customer service! They had a an electrician company they work with and suggested who prioritized us given the emergency situation and also took very good care of us. They worked with our complex's pedestal issue and all is perfect. After SDGE and our complex figured out the issues and resolved them, Cuahutli and his partner came out to check our new unit to make sure it wasn't damaged by SDGE and/or our complex's pedestal issue.
