We are thrilled with the superb work of Kitchen and Bath World from beginning to end. We renovated…read moretwo bathrooms in quite different styles. The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.

We needed to have a kitchen remodeled (gutted) after moving into our 36 year old home. Upon high recommendations of two relatives, we decided to use Zarrillo. Dawn worked with us developing several designs until the perfect one was attained. She is a good listener and capably responded to our requests by email or in person promptly. She and Terry came to our home to finalize the building project. They are both professional, friendly and eager to make our dream kitchen come true. They recommended three contractors, and we selected Dave Mirabile who was fantastic, experienced, and skilled! He was a pleasure to work with. A master carpenter. -- ex. Look at the cove molding above the cabinets in the photos. The office/showroom is top notch from its layout with samples of the custom cabinets and stock choices to samples of their creative ideas. We selected custom cabinets in real Cherry wood and finish. The custom features exceeded our high expectations. Terry and his team built incredible cabinets -- both beautiful and functional. We selected Bertazzoni appliances made in Italy from Marcellas Appliance. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the appliances! Conclusion: We love a new, beautiful, and functional kitchen! I love to cook and this is my happy place. Much thanks the Terry and Dawn Zarrillo & team. We highly recommend them.

We were there for an hour and a half looking around and never greeted and never asked if we needed anything. Now when I take clients to look at products, I am very low maintenance, I don't need anyone's time or anything of that nature, I just require the manufacturers spec books so I can write down the products that we would like to purchase. Like walking into a restaurant and asking for a menu to order the food you want. After giving up on the prospect of a greeting, I went to the receptionist and asked for spec books to look at so I could just write down what we wanted. The receptionist told me they don't give those out. I assured him that I didn't want to keep them, I just wanted to sit down and look at them to write down what we wanted to buy. He went and got a sales person who parroted the same answer, as I assured them yet again that I didn't want to take their books anywhere. Also they won't help you with anything if you don't have an appointment even if there's nobody else in the building. You see, their texting and internet shopping is too important to give up for customers looking to spend money. So imagine walking into a restaurant that has nobody in it and being refused a menu to order anything and being told that nobody could help you. Remind you of anything? It sure struck a cord with me. Please never shop here. They only want to cater to the big builders in the area with deep pockets. Anyone else gets sent packing. Beware!!

After seeing the television advertising for 10 Day Kitchen Solutions, we scheduled an appointment…read moreand visited the showroom. I'll start by saying the showroom is beautiful and the products appear to be high quality. Our kitchen is very small, approximately 4x8, so we were surprised when the estimate came in at $50,000. What made that especially difficult to justify was that the price did not include appliances, or our quartz countertops that we wanted. This was primarily for demolition, installation, and cabinetry. One advantage they promote is speed. Traditional kitchen remodels can take months between design appointments, ordering cabinets, and contractor scheduling, so I understand paying more for convenience and a faster timeline. However, for comparison purposes, we ultimately completed our kitchen elsewhere. We selected upgraded features including pull-out shelves, pantry storage, lazy susan corner cabinet, garbage cabinet, and quartz countertops, and our final cost was $15,500 in total ($13,000 for the cabinetry + $2,500 for tbe quartz countertop). That means our quote from 10 Day Kitchen Solutions was more than three times higher, while still not including countertops or the appliances. This review is not about quality, we thought the showroom and products looked excellent. It simply came down to affordability and value. For homeowners with larger budgets who prioritize speed, this may be a good fit. For us as seniors, paying cash, and not financing, the pricing put it out of reach.

As a designer, I have had the good fortune to work with both good and bad contractors and there are very few who I would recommend, however, in my experience, Elite Craftsmen has been stellar. Kevin and Allen are both professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. When I first started working with them, after seeing the quality of work they do, I was shocked at how reasonable their pricing was for the quality of work they produce. I worked with them on both Kitchen and bathroom projects and both times the customers were thrilled. I don't have after pictures of the bathroom project they completed for me, but I do have before and after pictures of the kitchen project they did so I am including those. I would HIGHLY recommend Elite Craftsmen to anyone who is looking to do a kitchen or bathroom rehab and their tile work is out of this world. In fact, they don't have enough pictures up on their Yelp page to give the viewer an idea of the quality of work they do. I would highly recommend contacting them to ask for some samples of their work. Kerri Kannan Interior Designer & Real Estate Salesperson

It's all discounted, most of it new but off-brand but some of it product overruns, the stock is rather unpredictable but what they have typically runs a lot cheaper than the Lowe's and Home Depot and moderately cheaper than Lumber Liquidators and the like. If you're not picky, or if you're building for somebody else's renovation, you can find good bargains here. As for long-term quality, I know not: everything here seems to be fairly elemental. There are a few semi-custom things you can order (windows, notably) but exactly how custom is hard to tell.
