She was excellent! Not only knowledgeable, she facilitated the selection process by listening to what I wanted. She showed us tiles for our master bath shower stall and floor that would look great! Most people know me by sight and name and I have my own wonderful dedicated sales person who takes such good care of me! Teressa is fun, kind, friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable! I especially LOVE all the choices that they have in their huge store! Their selections change regularly as they bring in new materials and eye candy for me to use on projects. Also this should be noted, they have tile made from all over the world, many of the vendors are from Europe. Most other places locally only carry materials from China, which as you may imagine are just not on the same quality level. If I had one criticism it would be this, they hard working ladies are assigned to professional accounts like mine. They are not as successful helping individual people walking in off the street who have no idea what is happening. Plus with the thousands of choices and millions of combinations available in here, it can feel very daunting and overwhelming for people.
