I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.

I had almost $2,000 worth of trees planted and despite following their instructions for the care of the new arborvitae trees, one in particular, was browning off and appeared to be dying. I watched several other of the plantings brown off and they don't get new growth in those places. Last October I contacted Sam and sent photos and he wrote that it could be transfer shock and "worst case we do include a 1 year warranty on all plantings!" Since May I have texted, emailed and phoned Sam to have the trees replaced and have gotten no response. Nothing. A warranty from Sam and A & S appears to be meaningless.
