Edit after their response: While they say they came to the property, they never did. They gave us a quote from satellite photos and never even saw the rain damages which was the reason I reached out in the first place. When they said they couldn't reach the tenant, I immediately provided them with the photos and videos I had. The tenant also called them to follow up and was informed that nothing else was needed. Yet I had to email again days later to ask if the quote was ready. I emailed asking for someone to discuss / explain the quote to me and got a response asking for a time to call. I shared my availability and have not received any calls. I tried calling them yet there was no answer. Finally 2 weeks later we had to call another contractor come and take photos of all the rain damage and provide a proper quote. Then when I shared this review the owner immediately called me. I've attached the communication that started on the 8th of July. I would like them to provide me with the images and proof/report from the onside inspection they did. They are lying, as they never stepped foot on my property to see and assess the damages.

One thing our inspector called out was the quality of the roof. It was excellent. Not only that, but he commended the roofers on the quality of its construction. I tucked this memory away for about twelve years, until the day a tree fell on our house and tore a hole through our perfectly good roof. Thankfully, we were insured. In all the chaos of trying to repair the damage to the car, remove the tree, shore up the hole, and replace the garage door, there was on thing that I was sure about: We would hire Z. Ipek & Sons to replace the roof. After all, they were the contractors who wowed our inspector over a decade ago. When Omer came over to give me the estimate, he remembered putting the roof on our house. Except for the fallen tree, it was holding up very well. He was able to swing by before the insurance adjuster visited, which helped to provide me with some critical information for the adjuster. The only hard part was that we were in a race against time. Z. Ipek had a full work load, and Omer would soon be leaving for a long deserved vacation to attend a family wedding. And to make matters more complicated, our house was on the market at the time, plus we were actively in the process of moving out, with movers, a truck, and everything. Amazingly, Omer and his crew made it happen! I may have panicked a little bit when I saw the crew on the roof earlier than expected on moving day. But they had planned for the window when the moving truck needed to be in the driveway. I cannot say how Z. Ipek compares to other roofers on quality or cost.
