For anything FLORAL do not go anywhere else. I called them this morning and left a VM and Ingrid texted me back promptly. She was able to do a same day delivery to my sister for her birthday. I told Ingrid what I wanted, all by text and online and not only did she deliver but she made my sister so happy. The arrangement was large, fresh and full of flowers. I am really picky about flowers but from my sister's description and the pictures she sent me these flowers were top notch. The customer service is excellent and they deliver a high quality flowers. I always tell the florist to do whatever they want to do just not to include carnations. Ingrid and the team created a gorgeous arrangement and definitely followed my instructions to leave out any carnations.
