We went through Alpha Floral for our wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, bud vases, and ground pieces and they all turned out absolutely amazing. The colors were so vibrant and the arrangements were beautiful and right in line with our inspiration pictures. A special shoutout and thank you to Cassie for the seamless and timely hand-delivery, it was such a treat to receive them on time and in such beautiful condition. Easy pick-up of bouquet and delivery for florals. I had specific requests for the types of flowers. A lot of compliments on centerpieces and bouquet from guests, ups, and vendors. They smelled absolutely amazing. I did wish there were a bit larger zinnias and some poppies, but just overall beyond happy with the final sunset look. I absolutely adored my husband's boutonnière. Thank you so much! I highly recommend alpha floral for any event.j read more

After an annoying and painful search for wedding florists in Santa Barbara, I'm so glad I was able to find and work with Alpha Florals. As a floral shop, Alpha Florals allows a la carte orders and there is no minimum spend-- truly a blessing in today's economy. Moreover, Cassie was communicative and nailed the vision of what I wanted-- vibrant, cohesive, and clean-cut. My bouquet, husband's boutonniere, and reception centerpieces were custom pieces that truly elevated our wedding experience, so much so that we only had one to take home (the guests snatched them up so fast). read more

Alpha Floral created all the flowers for my wedding and did an absolutely beautiful job. Cassie was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, when the quote was higher than I expected, she helped create other ideas to reduce the costs but still achieve what I was hoping for. The flowers were even better than I could have hoped for and I was thrilled with the way everything turned out. read more

In search of a florist to get flowers to mom on her birthday & found one, after an epic flop. Was able to call in the order on Monday, the person answering the phone was clear that the flowers would go out the next day, Tuesday. They text you a receipt & then later once the flower arrangement has been made send you a picture of it, which is a nice little extra. In short, they communicate when they could do the delivery, send a pic of the final product & successfully made the delivery - what else can a person ask for ... II'll be using them again. read more

SAVED THE DAY! After a series of mishaps that left us scrambling to find flowers the day before my best friend's DIY wedding, this florist went above and beyond to help us out-of-towners last minute over the busy Labor Day weekend. With only 30 minutes left before the shop closed and while they were already working on florals for an existing wedding, they were able to provide us with the very specific flowers we needed for the bridal bouquet and 6 other bridesmaids bouquets, as well as advice on what greenery would go best for the look we were trying to achieve. It all ended up looking so beautiful and elegant. Forever grateful! read more

I recently needed a same day bouquet delivery to my Mom in Santa Barabra. A simple Google search brought up Alpha Floral, and they have amazing Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. They texted me a photo of the bouquet I ordered an hour after I ordered it, and it was delivered within two hours of ordering. The flowers were fresh and cheerful and they looked just like the online photo. This was 100 percent worth the price tag to get the flowers there fresh and in a timely manner. I had a great experience delivering flowers to my best friends hotel room for her birthday trip to Santa Barbara! The florist was super sweet and even texted me a picture of my arrangement the day of, which I really appreciated, as bigger companies always end up sending a smaller/lesser bouquet than what you ordered! The flowers were delivered promptly by 11 am on my delivery date! Support local and check this business out :) read more

I live in the Bay Area and rely on Yelp for a lot of things. My sister-in-law lost her father (on her birthday!!!) and I wanted to send her something that wasn't your typical sympathy flowers. Thank you, Yelp, for pointing me to Alpha Floral. I was able to order online which is always helpful. They texted a photo to me the following day of what was being delivered which was so nice! I've not ever had a florist do that and given I'm out of town and have no experience with this florist I'm putting a lot of trust into something important. The flowers were delivered when promised and my sister-in-law was very surprised. I feel very confident in ordering from Alpha Floral and will absolutely do it again! Thank you! read more

Alpha Floral took my panicked call on a Tuesday afternoon less than 30 minutes before closing. I'd tried to order from one of the big companies (BIG MISTAKE) and had my date changed 3 times already. The ladies at Alpha Floral were very sweet, assured me that they could indeed get me a lovely arrangement to my friend next day. We had a spotty connection (my fault) so I asked if it would be easier to complete online - I popped over to the website, completed my order and immediately got confirmation. They responded immediately when I realized I'd entered a phone number wrong, and corrected that for me. They sent me a photo of the gorgeous arrangement they delivered and truly did get it there next day. Highly recommend! read more

Such a bad experience..and on my birthday to boot. Received a beautiful 'arrangement' of flowers for my birthday from Alpha..however when I actually looked at the flowers I was so disappointed. Half of them look like they are a week old (brown petals) the other half are almost in full bloom. :( I phoned and spoke to the owner Victoria, my concerns fell on deaf ears. She basically told me that's the way these flowers are "supposed to look", they are "garden roses" she said, "it's how they look". Really?? She said she would send her driver & have them picked up and re-deliver another arrangement. "But they will look the same" Victoria assured me. The driver showed up, apparently her husband, told me once again "that's how these flowers are supposed to look". Long story short he did not take them back and I am stuck with the sad little flowers. I'm sorry my friend spent the money on them and they look like they do. *One star for a nice arrangement. *Horrible customer service (from the owner & husband). *Old flowers. read more

Have ordered a couple of arrangements online for family in Santa Barbara . Beautifully done. Appreciate getting photo of flowers before delivery. We bought a wrist corsage for Prom last Saturday. The staff was friendly and efficient. I Picked up the corsage Saturday morning. The corsage look nice, 1 large rose and one small rose and a little greenery. It was $45 which seemed expensive but after doing a little checking around, seems to be the going rate. My only problem was that the courage fell apart with in 5 minutes after putting it on her wrist. We were taking pictures And the large rose fell off, the small rose hanging on by a string of glue. in general, I am not one to complain. I realize these things can happen. It was disappointing. I called the shop on Monday morning to let them know what had happened. Not necessarily looking for a refund, but to let them know. I called a few time and was sent to voice mail. Eventually left a voice mail. I did think that I would, at the very least, get a phone call back with an apology. It is 4 days later and I haven't heard from them. I feel this was unprofessional. Disappointing! read more

Alpha Floral was amazing to work with for my wedding flowers and I like that they were transparent with the pricing and also willing to accommodate any changes. I was able to come in the store and look at some options for pillars or vases, and the nice thing is that you can return them to the store so that they don't go to waste. Especially for a wedding, it is helpful to have a floral shop because they have a lot of support and they also can get whatever flowers you need. I am so thrilled with the service and quality from Alpha. I purchased a bouquet to congratulate a dear friend on a momentous occasion that would have otherwise gone unacknowledged during this covid crisis, and Alpha delivered (contactlessly) a beautiful, fresh bouquet quickly and efficiently. Moreover, they communicated with me, sending me the attached photo of the bouquet before it was delivered (and then my friend sent me a photo, so I know this photo was legitimate) to let me know it was ready to go. They also emailed me when the delivery was complete. I have used online florists in the past, and I am always disappointed with the substitutions they make and the low quality of their flowers. Alpha is so much better in terms of reliability, quality, and responsiveness than those other outfits, with similar pricing. Thanks, Alpha, for helping us celebrate life's important moments even in difficult times! read more
