I called and spoke to Laura who is the owner and designer. She assured me she would have it ready and waiting for me in the afternoon. Worst customer service! So disappointed I went ahead with someone else. I wanted a small arrangement each day I called the prices would change one day they would tell me a certain price the next it would be different. Also it was all done over the phone I tried to make a decision but it didn't help that they had no examples of vases etc they could send. The items they had they only had a few and still cost an arm and a leg. I needed my order to be delivered but yet it still was a problem for them I'm done it's just an awful place there website doesn't even work! And there are no recent photos of any designs! read more

Let me start by saying thank you to Bonnie for helping me order flowers the day before my anniversary! Not just any flower arrangement, an exotic arrangement that requires special orders and an established supply chain to make something like this happen in less than 24 hours. Thank you Bonnie! I travel a lot and of course last minute had to call in a flower order. I remembered that Whitehouse Florists did an amazing job the last time I used them (4 years ago). I am not a flower type of guy. The traditional rose arrangement is not my style. I ordered from another florist for V-Day last year and it was disappointing. Late delivery, and the flowers died too fast. The exotic arrangement Bonnie was able to make for me is absolutely beautiful. When it enters a room, it is a statement in itself. The customer service could not be better, as she called twice to confirm my message for the card, and also to confirm that the exotic species would be available after all the searching. The fact that they accommodated me on such short notice is enough of a testament to their customer service. I will only consider Whitehouse Florists from now on. I don't buy often, but that is even more of a reason to only choose the best. read more

Whitehouse florists went above and beyond for me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in Santa Barbara. I live in Seattle, WA and had a situation where I needed a last minute floral delivery to my best friend and everywhere I called said it was too late (it was about 3pm). The only place who was willing to hear out my story and took pity on me was Whitehouse and they put together a beautiful custom bouquet and found a driver to make delivery even though they were done with deliveries for that day much like everyone else. They gave such great customer service and the flowers they arranged ended up looking amazing and cheerful which was what I requested. A+ read more

I have been hesitant about leaving a review but I hope another bride doesn't have this happen to her. I sat down with the owner 6 months before my wedding for at least 30 min talking about the bouquets I would like. I thought it went well, she took a lot of notes and we seemed to be on the same page. I could not contact her for the next 3 months due to a health problem, but her mother insisted that they would be able to handle my order. When I asked her to deliver the bouquets to the ceremony location (which was less than 5 min from her shop) she seemed irritated and charged $25 extra. When she delivered the flowers I was told she was irritated that I, the bride, wasn't there to receive them. My family was there to receive the bouquets, I had a lot to do on my wedding day. Well, the bouquets had the wrong lilies (all white instead of pink and white) so poorly wrapped that they all started unraveling before the ceremony and my wedding planner had to rewrap them all, and my bouquet was so ridiculously huge that it covered my face (it was supposed to be teardrop style.) My maid of honor cut down my bouquet to try to make it more manageable, but we just ended up switching our bouquets. I also had a flower picked up for my hair that was as big as half my head, luckily my hairstylist took me to Ralph's and got the right size & color flower. The separate floral arrangements she does look beautiful, but watch out if you're looking for your wedding flowers! read more
