I have come to running later in life--41 years old...and never EVER did I think this would be something I enjoyed. Well here we are. I run 2-3 miles a day in the same pair of beat up hiking (!!) shoes I've owned since my late 20s. My knees hurts. My back hurts. And I needed help buying something that would absorb the shock of running on pavement day after day.
