I have always had super thick and long hair, and I've always made sure to make stylists aware when I'm trying out someone new. I've been to Bri for all of my hair appointments, routine and major transformations (I've even recently brought my mom in to see Liz, whom I've met before and absolutely adore as well). I absolutely love the salon, the stylists, and the atmosphere. I think their pricing is reasonable (I've paid far worse than what they charge for far less work lol). Will continue to keep coming back and getting my hair done with them

The girls are all so friendly and funny. I got a gel mani and regular pedi, and it was all for such a good price. The pedicure was long, which I loved, and that included WINE, a lonngggggg leg massage (yay! no rushing here!), and they dip your feet in wax to make 'em nice and smooth. I had never had wax with a pedicure so I was really confused but it was nice that it was standard. Plus, my feet felt like a baby's bottom after so I'm not complaining. I'm sad I don't live in Lancaster anymore because I would hit this place up on the regular!! Y'all are spectacular!

You can't charge rates that high & not accept all forms of payment. Tips are only in cash, so plan ahead. There is also no music. Just an unavoidable tv in the manicure area. Every time I've entered the tv is set on the news. Maybe men go to a specialty hair salon with sports on but does anyone purposefully watch the news while on spa day? They say I can change the channel but they don't have a paid subscription to watch anything normal. Wonderful people but they miss the mark on client experience. I'll be changing my salon to a more relaxing setting.

While you're getting your roots done or your bangs trimmed, they'll offer you a soda, coffee, glass of wine or beer. They have magazines available while you wait too. The price is great for the entire experience and this staff knows their stuff. My favorite stylist is Erin (I followed her from her previous salon to Salon Flo), but really the entire staff is great and friendly. This went on entire service with her resuming skipping steps or cutting them short. Nothing like paying her to yup it up while my feet sit bored in tempid water. Service not relaxing, actually irritating, if you can imagine what a massage feels like if someone continually stops & starts. (I can recruit my husband if I want that kind of distracted effort.) I can also paint my toes- I'm paying to have relaxing, pampered, experience, not feel like an intruder ease dropping in someone's living room. The setting was not spa like. Dark, like they didn't want to pay to turn a light on. Final straw, clerk at desk rang me up & I see my technician bee line to register. She's leaning over counter watching my credit card go into reader like a petulant child would hang over the register in line at the grocery store. It made me extremely uncomfortable the way it would if someone did so in line at ATM. She wanted to witness me inputting the tip. Rude! Grow up! I regret the 20% based on her obnoxious invasion of my transaction alone. You want a big tip, maybe quit phoning it in-everything was more theatrics than service! "Pretending" to file feet bottoms, pretending to give a massage. Toes never dried & were ruined by time I got home. Also got call 2 hours before appt. asking to push time out by an hour despite booking a month in advance. Sorry, this place may be organic, but isn't' classy enough for me. I can be empathetic toward a language barrier & cultural differences, not rude, inattentive, childish behavior.
