It was right before closing and they took me very quickly. My nail technician was kind and professional, and didn't rush me. He took his time and soaked my nails, and allowed me to take my time choosing the right nail color (I can be very indecisive). The salon also seemed very clean and the other staff were friendly. I typically hate getting professional mani and pedis because I always end up bleeding but I had absolutely no worries with Li. It's almost worth the 2 hr just to get my nails done. They are not willing to do a design unless it's gel but for Li I would do it again.

They treated us like our time didn't matter, 3 people walked in 10-15 minutes after us and all the workers completely walked away from me and my mother to do their nails first and didn't come back to us till they finished their nails. They caught an attitude when I said my toenails weren't even and than "fixed" it just to walk away for 30 minutes and me sit there. We were there for an hour n a half and never got to my mom's nails she sat there with tinfoil on her nails for a hour, I wish I was joking. By the time they finally finished my toes my mothers nails weren't even prepped for nail polish so she just wanted to leave, charged her 15 for removing the nail polish and me 65. After I sent 65 he came up mad asking if I had money for a tip like I HAD to tip and don't get me wrong I always tip but this was just flat out not the way you treat people and still expect a good tip, now I got ugly nails right before my birthday trip. Seriously do better.

I've been here two times both times they messed my nails and toes up. First time I went back and…read morethey fixed my nails so I decided to give them another try. The second time I went they did my nails good but they did rush my service she had my body turned every which way in the spa chair while I'm getting my pedicure done she's doing my full set. They had an older man start my pedicure which he only focused on rubbing my legs that everything else was barely done. I asked for one toe with acrylic because only one toe was chipped the lady they then had come finish my pedicure did a horrible job with acrylic application she couldn't make both feet match up the application is so thick it hurts the French tip is visibly not equal ones thin and the other is thick they also told me one price and charged another to my card I had to call them they asked if I gave them a tip because maybe that's why more was charged i said no then I was told they have a fee for their debit machine I asked him a fee of over $5 he then told me to come back with my receipt to the shop to get partial refund of my money it had to have been a mistake please do not dispute it. I will definitely be disputing them. They use to be one of the best nail salons in hbg but they are going way down hill. Be careful when spending your money here!
