I have been on the hunt for a nail salon that I actually like since I've had some horrible experiences with customer service, quality of the job, and good customer service without the salon trying to get all your money and I'm so thankful to say this is the place to go! Went for a mani/pedi. A young high school girl gave me my mani /pedi. She was more interested in showing off. She did not clean off the old base coat polish, did not clean under nails, barely filed my nails, no massage on hands or feet with lotion, did not properly use the pumice stone on the feet.... extremely disappointed in the service. the place itself is nice and appears to be clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It was $32.00 for the whole thing, including some glitter that cost a dollar more. I had Kevin give me a full set of acrylic French Tips and he made sure everything was to my liking. They could be better, but they are definitely a decent place! read more

What a crazy dirty place! Wanted to get a relaxing pedicure but it's hard to relax when you have a baby wondering all around! This place is disorganized..I guess the owners children come to work with her and its hard to relax. The girl who did my pedicure looked like she was in high school! Very dirty unprofessional place! Ive been going here for well over a year now and have always had amazing service! They take their time to ensure you are satisfied. I generally get gellish manicures and am always amazed at how long they last. Ive never had any chips, cracks or breaks and just have to get them re-done when my nails grow out too long. My pedicures are great too! the main two technicians are very friendly and always remember each customer. They have great prices and often put out coupons making it even more affordable. Since discovering the salon I wont go anywhere else for my nails! read more

I always go to Nailcessity and NEVER have an issue. I love this place, I am a licensed cosmetologist and I am always open to trying new places and have been around to many many places, and this place always seems to be my favorite. Very clean, and the prices are great. They don't rush, they always take there time and do a great job. I am never there for an unreasonable amount of time. PLUS sometimes you can even find a coupon online for them! OR they give you a % off your next visit coupon. They are great, very customer oriented, and actually listen when you say what exactly you want. Some things though that are somewhat negative would be that they don't have very many pedicure chairs (which I guess is reasonable because they are a smaller business) So, sometimes when I go in with a friend and they have one person sitting in the middle we can't sit beside each other.. But that also could be fixed by me calling ahead!!.. I've come to see that they have become more busy which they do also have a smaller staff so I believe the best way to approach this place now is to make an appointment.. Also, they play some very terrible old scale love songs now.. They would be A LOT better off playing some relaxing music.. Especially considering some of them sit there and sing to it.. But OVERALL THIS IS THE BEST NAIL PLACE! and MOST RELAXING! I usually get gel nail polish and a pedicure, and it always looks 100%!!!!!!!! read more
