This is the first time I come here and it will be my last. I came all the way from upstate and yes, although the food was good but the service SUCKED! First off, I was disappointed when I was told that they was out of lobster because I had my heart set on that. Secondly, after me and my Fiancé placed our order 2 more waitresses came ready to take our order. (Very unorganized) Waited like 20 minutes for our drinks and what seemed forever for our food. For some reason 2 separate tables that arrived after us got their food way before we did. I didn't understand that. When I asked the waitress why was that? She then said it was because of the entrée we ordered when one of the other tables ordered the same entrée =/. To top it off, my fiancé got his food first and mines came out like 15 minutes later. Whatever happened to bringing out the meals at the same time? NEVER AGAIN!! read more

The seating started off a bit rocky but once that was squared away I truly enjoyed my time and can say this was money well spent. The drinks was amazing but my only problem they didn't come as advertised. I did see many pictures and post presented with dry ice and upon my visit the dry ice wasn't present for my Tequila Sunrise so that was a problem causing me to rate it a 9/10. The strawberry mint refresher was my mocktail of choice and it wasn't a pleasure I'd rate that a 1/10 pretty in presentation but disgusting flavor. I did end up getting a lemonade and highly enjoyed that but wish it had more of a garnish so a 8/10 because it was just delicious lemonade in a cup. The food/ entree choice was BBQ Hennessy salmon and sweet chili salmon with mashed and veggies. The salmon wasn't the worst but wasn't amazing so I'd rate the overall a 7/10. The appetizers which was the seafood egg rolls and calamari was a 10/10 both presentation , taste and temperature. The ambiance was def amazing the DJ was a vibe and played for the room. The energy was amazing the space felt clean and comfortable, and our server Tee was nothing short of amazing. She had great customer service, and was so kind and suggestive giving us top tier restaurant experience. She was neat and well kept making us feel comfortable with her service. I came to this local bar for after dinner drinks with friends. I was hesitant at first but when the bartender made the special drink of the night a pink lychee martini i was pleasantly surprised. Good and just the right amount of alcohol. read more

We and my best friend went here for her pre birthday day dinner on a Saturday early evening. When we got there it wasn't crowded so we were sat immediately by our waitress Olivenia. Before heading to the restaurant I called to see if they were taking walk-in. I was advised that they was. I got here at 10:36pm. Sat at the front for 10 minutes. No host. I even wrote my own name on the list they had up there. Lol I get seated after 11. I placed my order at 11:22 for the waitress to come back and say they aren't taking orders for entrees anymore. We asked for the manager for him to come and ask us what we want. Walk away like he was doing something to come back and say we still can't order. I was able to put our drinks in before ordering our food. Only my lemon drop came out. I asked for the check once I saw that I wouldn't be accommodated for the poor customer service. the waitress gonna ask do I want the other drink. Lol Ma'am no I don't. Upon walking out I told the hostess she should tell ppl that entrees stop at 11. The hostess says entrees stops at 12. Lol literally wasted my time. This was our first time here. I took my sister to celebrate her birthday. It was smaller then we expected. I was told it was reservation only but when we got there, a couple came in before us and was seated. The hostess said she had to confirm our reservation first which I thought was weird since I received a call earlier that day. The food was amazing. I can't complain about anything. The food was mouthwatering good. For my appetizer I had the seafood rolls and jerk shrimp (both well flavored). I had the tasty melted butter stuffed lobster for my entrée. Shout out to Diamond! She really interacted well, checked in, & made sure my friend and I were having a grand time from appetizers to entrees and of course the lychee martinis. My friend felt comfortable and had a second drink after a recommendation from diamond. The environment was warm and friendly. Great after work place to unwind and enjoy some good vibes. This place was really a disappointment for my partner and I. We ordered the fried calamari and crab cakes to start. The crab cakes were pretty bland and the calamari was regular. I ordered the stuffed crab and, again, nothing special I actually didn't like it much. My partner ordered the Blu Whole Lobster Medley. It was really disappointing that the mussels were broken and there were bits of shell in every bite making it inedible... you can't swallow mussel shells. The drinks were basic and not great. Came here on a Monday around 10pm with my bf had reservations so I was able to sit down immediately. Restaurant was packed which I was surprised because it was a Monday. The Ambiance and interior decoration is amazing. staff was friendly and attentive. They had a Dj playing all types of music from reggae, new r&b, old r&b and todays rap. (Music is very loud so it was hard to hear each other). There is also hookah available but I believe it's privately owned because you have to pay separate. The cost for hookah was $40 but they do accept cash app and zelle. My bf ordered the treasure chest drink and I ordered the pineapple tequila sunset (38oz). Drinks was amazing definitely felt tipsy by the end of the night. For entree I had ordered the stuffed lobster with crab meat, which is was nothing short but amazing. The mashed potatoes does need some season on it but it's okay. My bf ordered the crab cakes and the Blu pasta house. His pasta omg spicy but so delicious. I went there during happy hour. Service was great. Drinks were hitting. That rum punch is good money. The food was banging. I got the Hennessy bbq wings for an appetizer and I got the pasta with buttered salmon and mussels. Slamming. Price was good money. I came here on a Saturday night for my friends birthday dinner small spot but it was fun the vibes were there the djs were ok. They would start of playing good music then switch the vibes up on you. First when I came in it was good old school rnb which I love then when it came to the dancehall afrobeats and reggae they were slacking they played some but not enough nothing current and the music just didn't flow into one another it was all over the place then they started playing city girl type music and the vibe just went down. I was crazing Shrimp & Grits on Boxing Day and I was happy to have found them on Uber Eats. Now the price for the shrimp and grits was $21... okay fine... but when I received my order it was a huge bowl of grits with about 6 pieces of small_medium sized shrimp.... Now .... It was tasty the grits were amazing as well as the shrimp... a little more on the buttery side but it was a bit skimpish for $21 which was disappointing. Very. This was my first time trying this place out. Not far from home so I stopped by with a couple of friends after work. Vibe was very club like but it is rather small inside. Well decorated...nice ambiance. Bartender ended up being really sweet and sat and spoke with us well after the lights came on. We got there about an hour before closing. We did not get to enjoy our full hour there because someone literally broke the sink. Pulled it out the wall and it was on the floor! Owner or management got upset yelled turn on the lights and just like that...party done! Our hookah was amazing thats what the four stars is really for. Best Ive had in a very long time. Saw this place advertised on IG and was looking forward to patronizing them. When we arrived (after making a reservation in advance) we waited at the door for about three minutes. No one greeted us! When we were seated we waited a lil while for a server. When she arrived she was pleasant but a bit forgetful. I don't know why ppl don't write things down anymore. Our reservation was for 7 and it's now 9:50 and our entrees just arrived. My seafood boil was missing the crab legs I ordered. Our waitress messed up our drinks so she gave us free drinks to make up for it. This was very nice of her but considering how long we have been here I would have rather she got the order right. Trimane is the manger here that was very rude and sarcastic. One staff member sat us down and Trimane told us we couldn't sit there. This did not make sense because it was a table that was ready and available . So we get up, assuming that she knows we are next. She didn't even put our name in the que! Only after asking are we on the list she says "NO". She was unaccommodating for a manager. Seriously there are better places with better customer service in Queens.
