Amy made the process go so smooth and easy, chatted throughout, and it was over before I knew it. I didn't even have time to think about my body. Room was cold. Massage therapist didn't adjust to medium pressure even after requested. Today, she asked to see my eyewear. I showed her the eyewear and she then informed me that I could not tan due to my eyewear. (I have the higher dose brand "red light" goggles, that are completely black out). I have also been using these same exact goggles the past SEVERAL times I have been at THIS location without anyone saying anything. I requested to cancel my membership and asked for her name. She then said she "wasn't allowed" to give out her name. I was at this location 4/7/26 at 5:46pm. This isn't the first issue I've had with this specific employee. I'm not sure if this will get to the appropriate people but you are most likely losing out on business because of this individual.
