I got to my appointment on time and prepared for my scheduled pedicure and manicure. I'm unsure on whether the chairs are unable to massage but I was not offered this option. I chose the middle tier ($45) which included a massage and leg care (lotion, oil, etc). Once I finished the pedicure, I noticed that my feet were still ashy which is not normal for me once I finish my pedicures. I then moved to my manicure in which she began to state that I couldn't come back because I was not a regular customer. I had a bit of trouble understanding her as she had on a mask. I asked her to repeat what she said and she said because I wasn't a regular customer I couldn't come back and I "better be glad she had space in her calendar." This frustrated me and I informed her that this wasn't explained to me. She said it's just me and my daughter and she's going off to school.
