I came in today with my mom for us to both get a Mani and Pedi. I live with a disability that limits the function of the left side of my body so I probably wasn't the easiest client to do nails for. Despite that, my nail technician (I wish I had gotten her name) went above and beyond to help me so that I could get the amazing results that I did. When it came time to move to a different section of the salon I was given so much help and nonjudgmental support. My nail technician even took the time to walk me to my car to make sure that I got there OK. The salon is clean, the staff are exceptionally welcoming, and I couldn't be happier with my nails! I forgot to ask her name but she did so well! I went in for a fill, she fixed some of my acrylic nails that were separating from my natural nails, she didn't hurt or nick me like most other places I've been to, and she was so focused on her work! Not to mention she picked out the perfect color for me! The salon looked clean and everyone was professional and kind and she checked in on me during my manicure to make sure the length was good, the shape was good and make sure I'm okay. Luxury Nails is conveniently located on Franklin in the Piccadilly shopping center near Punch. This is my 3rd time getting mani-pedi in the past couple of years and they consistently provide high quality work, clean environment and pleasant service! + Ambiance is bright, pleasant relaxing salon that does NOT smell (of fumes). ++ They have a lot of choices of polish colors, 4 massaging chairs for pedi., 4 stations for mani., a few seats for waiting. They also offer waxing in a separate area. ++ Service was fast and friendly. I've had my nails done by Cici and Lilly. They were both professional, pleasant and efficient. We were lucky when we got there with NO wait and took just over an hour for 2 of us to each get mani-pedi. A few minutes after 6 more people walked in and they waited a little. = Price was average - look at my pic of their prices + Parking was ample and shared with other retailers in the shopping center. It's an easy and reliable salon and they were getting a steady stream of walk-ins and appointments every time I've been there. I'll definitely be returning to this place! read more

Find somewhere else. I didn't see a single technician sanitize the foot baths between people coming and going (it was so busy somehow). They use community nail brushes, buffers, clippers, no sanitizing between people. No proof that my cuticle pusher had been sanitized since my tech didn't know what the word meant and she had to ask for help and then went and got a different set of tools. The massage chairs are peeling, the floor is bubbled up, the dryer station was filthy. My ankles got scraped up and my feet feel just as rough as when I walked in. This has turned me off of professional pedicures probably forever. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I was recently very disappointed with the service provided at Luxury Nails. Cons: My friends and I had made an appointment a week in advanced; however, when we arrived they seemed very annoyed that there were so many of us. They were extremely rushed and very rough. One of my friends had dip polish on and without even soaking it first, the woman doing her nails used an acrylic dip to pry off the dip which tore her nail. We were not offered manicures and the dip was very messy around the edges. I had to go home and clean it up myself which is not what you want when you are paying $38 to get your nails done. Additionally, more customers without appointments were not turned away even though there were already 6 in our party with only 3 technicians, so I can appreciate how they would feel rushed; however, I will not be going back. I have been consistently going to luxury for about 3 months now and I've NEVER been disappointed! I always get a full set of acrylics/fill ins and have always gotten a fast and speedy service from being seated to the finishing touches!! They do a great job on acrylic nails, however I've been getting manicures and finally got my nails to grow out, and today the lady literally scratched the left over paint off my nails with a nail file, instead of using nail polish remover ?? It left scratch marks all over my nails, and made me cringe like fuck. she then cut my nails short as hell when they definitely didn't need to be. I also got a pedicure a couple times and they're always half assed, you're better off doing it yourself :/ read more

So I went in here recently and they did not have one client in there, but the owner told me I would have to schedule an appointment? So I proceeded to schedule an appointment and walked out. A Caucasian woman walked in behind me and they proceeded with the services she asked for. Needless to say...if you are black your business is not wanted here so steer clear. Luxury Nails was once my favorite nail salons. We have been going there for over 6years. Unfortunately, the last two times I have been there (once in March and again for Mother's Day) we noticed the ladies were rushed when hardly anyone was in there and the entire place looked unkempt. It was dusty and I their tool did not look freshly cleaned. The ladies took their tools out of their drawer and didn't go to the back to exchange out their tools in between clients. I personally do not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I went here for a manicure with a few friends. They were very quick and did a great job on my nails. The manicure is a great value! I got a nail soak, cuticle trimming/treatments, hand massage with lotion, and a very tidy polish job - all for $12! I appreciated their efficiency and would definitely go back for a no-frills, down-to-business manicure. read more
