I'll post a picture of what my nails look like now. Shiann did a wonderful job on my nails, and three days later, my cuticles are still smooth. The place itself is very homey, and smells wonderful. When I received my massage, I let her know that I had a slight migraine, so she used a lavender/peppermint oil on my back and neck. Knocked it right out. My nails were the same. Shiann knew I had a headache, so she used the peppermint hand lotion after my nails were done. Amazing staff, and very kind and caring. This is what customer service should be!!
