Mind you she is still learning how to use her voice, she started crying. The male nail tech was free-styling his own idea so another came along to try and fix his doings. That was nice. Except she didn't do much better. not sure why it was so difficult to do two wavy lines. As for my experience, ive never had so horribly filed and misshapen nails. The pinky she showed me was a good shape the other nine are so crooked and uneven. The paint is bumpy and looks like my daughter painted them. On top of this another customer made a scene while i was waiting for daughter complaining of the same Male tech that started my daughters nails. I went to several different salons in the area and mostly had disastrous results. Like I said, my nails are thin, so you have to be very careful on how far you sand them down because it doesn't take much to take too much off and cause pain, also I have the added bonus of not being able to do the UV light because it causes a reaction on my cuticles causing blisters and horrible itching. No one can tell me why. Anyways, after many horrible experiences I landed here and from the start I told them all of my issues hoping I wasn't sounding like a Karen customer, but they listened to my issues took them seriously and have been taking care of me ever since. The manicure and pedicure both took a little while to do, more than normal, when I only got a regular gel pedicure and a detailed manicure. Overall, it definitely took longer than an hour so not the place to go to if you're in a rush. And my gel manicure and pedicure turned out to be $90 too which is much more expensive than I was expecting. However, everyone was friendly, and despite being busier than normal and it being a holiday weekend they were able to squeeze us in which we appreciated very much! I have sometimes met the owner, who owns another shop elsewhere, here to get my nails done. It got decently busy right after we started our manicures and that's when the attention to detail stopped and we were rushed through the process. One of the workers made my friend bleed on 4 separate fingers due to cutting the cuticle too close which really wrecked the whole "relaxation" vibe. The same worker didn't clean up the gel around the finger and it was cutting into her skin on the sides of her nails. There was no consistency in services for any of us. One got a hand/arm massage with lotion, the others got oil rubbed on our cuticles and were told we were done. We will see how long the polish lasts but we will definitely not be returning.

It has received…read moresome glowing reviews elsewhere after being open for over a year, but I suspect it has fallen prey to the old "Now we are successful and don't really care what you think". It has also built up a strong regular clientele, which probably contributes to this complacency. I tend to be pleasant and willing to enjoy a salon experience. However, when I walked in I was not greeted by anyone, including co-owners Tiffany and Tina, who clearly saw me arrive. My nails were done by a man who never introduced himself but just sat me down and began doing my acrylic fill. He was terse, uncommunicative and impatient. I was so uncomfortable and unhappy by the time I left that I could hardly wait to get out of there. I actually called the guy out on his rudeness when he took my money, telling him I had never felt so unwelcome in a nail salon. He could not have cared less. And I doubt the two owners cared, either. All the awards and praise in the world do not excuse treating a new client this way - it's just plain bad business practice, ladies!
