The place was laid back, and other customers were very friendly as well. They did an amazing job!! I had requested a new set with dip, but they were able to fix the couple of broke nails and then do the dip. They were fast and did good. The best part is, it was less expensive than my usual place back home. If you are looking for a great place, I highly recommend these ladies.

I said French tip ACRYLIC and then she started doing Sns but I wasn't exactly sure what it was but when I asked she told me it would last longer... THEY ALL BROKE OFF BEFORE TWO WEEKS. Horrible. Also the manager twee was nice-ish. She had to redo the paint from the Fi St lady and thankfully did a good job and took off $5 but THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Anyways if you go here just make sure to be VERY STERN.

The worst part... he tried to make it seem like something I did. 1st it was I put my hands in too much water, then I'm hard on my hands but not once did he take accountability. The 1st time he did my nails they lifted. I gave him another try. The 2nd time they lifted and "he fixed". They lifted and i got fungus under one nail. The 3rd time (Monday before Christmas) "he fixed and treated fungus. In less than 6 hours my polish (gel) started to peeled off and a nail lifted. HE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR A REPAIR BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I am not a local and moved here about 3 years ago. I have very thin nails and they break or split…read moreif I don't have nail dip on them. I went to several different salons in the area and mostly had disastrous results. Like I said, my nails are thin, so you have to be very careful on how far you sand them down because it doesn't take much to take too much off and cause pain, also I have the added bonus of not being able to do the UV light because it causes a reaction on my cuticles causing blisters and horrible itching. No one can tell me why. Anyways, after many horrible experiences I landed here and from the start I told them all of my issues hoping I wasn't sounding like a Karen customer, but they listened to my issues took them seriously and have been taking care of me ever since. I WONT go anywhere else. I love all of the technicians there.

The manicure and pedicure both took a little while to do, more than normal, when I only got a regular gel pedicure and a detailed manicure. Overall, it definitely took longer than an hour so not the place to go to if you're in a rush. And my gel manicure and pedicure turned out to be $90 too which is much more expensive than I was expecting. However, everyone was friendly, and despite being busier than normal and it being a holiday weekend they were able to squeeze us in which we appreciated very much! Inside, it was clean and light music played so the atmosphere was nice as well. That being said, the nails turned out great and we will be going again!
