I was visiting from out of town, and had a nail emergency. Got there 10 minutes after they opened. The staff was very nice. The salon is very clean. They had a ton of colors to pick from. The place was laid back, and other customers were very friendly as well. They did an amazing job!! I had requested a new set with dip, but they were able to fix the couple of broke nails and then do the dip. They were fast and did good. The best part is, it was less expensive than my usual place back home. If you are looking for a great place, I highly recommend these ladies. read more

I went in two weeks ago and I called beforehand and asked if they do acrylic and they said yes. Well when I eventually went in I sat down and the lady barely was able to communicate with me. I said French tip ACRYLIC and then she started doing Sns but I wasn't exactly sure what it was but when I asked she told me it would last longer... THEY ALL BROKE OFF BEFORE TWO WEEKS. Horrible. Also the manager twee was nice-ish. She had to redo the paint from the Fi St lady and thankfully did a good job and took off $5 but THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I told the woman how nervous I was to get my brows waxed. I moved and switching brow ladies is hard. I emphasized that I did NOT want them thin. I showed her a photo of how I like my eyebrows. She said okay yeah just take off the baby hairs... then hurriedly applied wax and gave me two uneven eyebrows... both thin. While lecturing me that if I wanted it like the picture I needed to keep up my brows. I haven't spent money on myself in a while because I'm a single mom. She then gave me pushback when I said I didn't like it saying she did a good job and she's been doing this for years that I would like it just have to give it a couple hours. I will never be going back. It's not about how much I approve of the results, it's about the response I got. First I showed her the photo and she said she could do it. We stopped here traveling through the area. Was a cool establishment; however, the worst pedicures we have EVER had! They were rough and exhibited no grace or delicacy the entire time. I felt rushed and never had the ability to relax and enjoy what is sought to be a pleasurable experience. There was no relaxing. The lady was so rushed she got frustrated with how I was taking off my socks and rushed in and ripped them off my feet. There was also lots of chatting among the workers in their native language that was loud and did not allow for my husband to nap as he desired. read more

I loved it here and I went with multiple people. We thought it was so good that we would do separate rating. They were very nice. They massaged my legs very nice. Their colors are a wide variety. My pedicure was very soothing. I had some weird bumps on my feet and they pulled out a cheese grader like thing and it tickles a little and I no longer have those bumps. It feels so good. I may start wearing flip flops more often. Such a nice place. A little expensive but makes sense since it takes a little bit and feels very good. read more

Made an appointment, arrived on time and was placed in a chair 35 min later. Sat there for 10-15 minutes before someone started my pedicure. Staff did not talk to me, but chatted loudly amongst themselves for the entire visit. Loud and not relaxing atmosphere for a "spa." Staff refused to do nail design, but the place is called Innovation Nails? After I got home I could see that the tech failed to remove all of my last nail polish which was a much darker color than my new shade. I've been going to innovation nails for a long time, and my last experience there is enough to make me not go back. I made an appointment for SNS and they continued to move me from chair to chair, prioritizing other customers. In total, a one hour job was a two hour experience. My nails weren't shaped but instead, clear polish was painted over them, showing all of their blemishes. To top it off, the nail tech checked to make sure they are dry, which they were not and I leave the salon with her fingerprints on my nails. $45 dollars down the drain. read more

I had a 12pm appointment and didn't get out of the salon until 2:15. Why accept appointments if you can't accommodate them appropriately? The majority of that time was waiting for gel polish. Twe the owner did my nails and the were okay when they were done. She filled way shorter than I like, but I didn't complain . I also got a basic pedicure with gel polish. My fill-in and pedicure with gel polish was $90. I was not told the prices and they did not have them posted. I heard so many great things about this salon and am glad others had great experiences, but mine was terrible. I will not be returning. read more

Only thing I would note is how much they push the upgrades and add on services. I understand it's the nature of the business, but I just wanted to relax with my service. I had been here once before and it was one of the best pedicures I ever had so today knowing I needed a good pedicure I went back to innovation not realizing they were closed on Sundays. The owner, Twee, was there helping a friend with something and instead of telling me sorry we are closed she was very inviting and let me know shed take care of me if I didnt mind waiting a few mins for them to finish up which of course I didnt mind a bit since she didnt have to take me at all. They did a good job on my nails, and for a Saturday I was in and out quick. However, like I have seen other people say, they push SNS on you and a lot of the time make people so uncomfortable they end up getting SNS when they didn't come in for that. I got acrylics and I don't see why I need sns on top of that... Acrylics are expensive enough as is. My mom refuses to go back there because she tried to tell them SNS tore up her nails (typical or not- it did, and now she takes vitamins for her nails because SNS ruined them) and the nail tech would not listen to her and argued with her about it. My mom has heard them argue with many other women about getting SNS. If I am paying you for your services to get what I want on my nails, then let me decide. I also wanted a reverse french, and the tech told me that was an "old" design and wanted to do something else. She listened when I said no, I wanted reverse french, but I thought it was rude. read more
