This salon does very nice work, but my first experience there will be my last. It has received some glowing reviews elsewhere after being open for over a year, but I suspect it has fallen prey to the old "Now we are successful and don't really care what you think". It has also built up a strong regular clientele, which probably contributes to this complacency.

My nails were done by a man who never introduced himself but just sat me down and began doing my acrylic fill. He was terse, uncommunicative and impatient. I was so uncomfortable and unhappy by the time I left that I could hardly wait to get out of there. I actually called the guy out on his rudeness when he took my money, telling him I had never felt so unwelcome in a nail salon. He could not have cared less. And I doubt the two owners cared, either. All the awards and praise in the world do not excuse treating a new client this way - it's just plain bad business practice, ladies! read more
